They were just snug enough to fit properly, and not too tight. He say's they feel "funny" but are comfortable. He prefers wearing these when playing soccer. I purchased these for my 13 year old son and they are well made. I like they have a nice band around the waist. His underwear cover his backside if his pants are drooping in the back if he bends over. I just ordered another package after buying 3 packs.

They fit true to size! I purchased the XL size for my 14 year old, as a reference he’s around 5’6 and weighs roughly 120-130lbs. The material is very soft and stretchy. These are the preformance moisture wicking material, perfect for sports. The waist band is a bit on the thicker side which is no problem. My sons love these underwear. The biggest thing they hate is how wide the elastic band is. It has the same width as my husband’s elastic band in Men’s Under Armour Underwear. I recommend buying the ones with the narrow band. But apparently they went back to the wider elastic which is a bummer cuz one of my kids hate it.
