I like the gel tips that come with Apres but I struggled with the bonding system. Everything they made in the kit worked sometimes and a lot of my nails popped off after a week. I bought this product to replace the glue that I use with the Kiss French Nails. Got sick of dealing with the mess of glue. As someone who has gone to the nail salon for over 20 years and decided to find a cheaper alternative, this combination is perfect for me. This product takes a little practice to use. I put a generous circle amount on the backside of the nail,then apply it to the nail, pressing gently to work out any bubbles before putting my hand under the curing lamp. It's not 100% perfect...but pretty darn close. I used a lot of cotton pads and alcohol to clean as I went and afterwards. Nails feel sturdy, like I got them done in the salon. I would love it if the product was self-leveling. Manufacturer needs to correct spelling mistakes on the packaging. ... show more

This was incredibly easy to work with. However, I had two nails pop off within 12 hours. They were prepped the exact same way as the rest of my nails. Within another 12 hours, another came off. Because it is set with a UV light, I had to completely start over because the light would not cure the glue with nail polish already on them. I ended up taking all of them off and just redoing them with a different glue. If you only need a set of nails for an event or a day, I think this glue would be perfect. There was no damage to my nails when I took them off. However, if you are looking for something with a little more longevity, I would go with something different. ... show more

I really like this brand, the products are a great value and easy to use. Beginner friendly, good quality. Etc I hadn’t tried this shape before and I must say I really like how cauntyyyy these look! I feel so good in these! They last forever! I feel like my finger would break before an una gella tip breaks!! Love the etched part! The shape is pretty good over all too. Flat nail bed friendly. Not too narrow like a claw but not too thick where it’s almond definitely giving stiletto! The length is pretty good too like enough for a glam it girl but not too long to where it looks editorial. I have tried ALL the glues it seems from solid glue in the little jar to your basic nail glue from years past..this little tube gives you control of how much you need on your nail tip with out mess..if you prep you nail beds with a light buffing and a little alcohol on a cotton ball you will be good to go..this glue is like none other..I gentle press to place the nail and lay it under your cuticle..cure for 60 seconds or so..I gave gad these press on nails for about 2 weeks now with no lifting..beats paying $100 for nails ... show more
