Things I like. Not a bunch of pre installed bloat garbage apps that can't be uninstalled! Unlocked and just put my T-Mobile sim in and it worked with no problems. It is a good size and not too big like a lot of phones today. No problems watching 1080p YouTube videos. Phone is strong enough to not be laggy with any apps I use. GPS works great. Extra dim mode. It is great for late at night if you need to look at your phone. Better signal strength than my poco f3. Good call quality with voice over LTE. Comes with free case. It looks cool when using the flashlight. 128gb is enough for my apps and music with plenty of space for pictures and videos. Charge time from 0% to 95% was 2hr 15 min with the included charger and cable. The only mobile game I play is Diablo Immortal. It can play it on low settings well enough in my testing. Has the latest Android 13. Screen protector pre installed. Headphone jack! Bluetooth quickly connects to my watch, car stereo and headphones. Things that could be improved. The pre installed screen protector is plastic and easily scratched. I hope they can switch to tempered glass in the future. The charger got pretty warm but wasn't too hot to touch. Pictures and video are ok but could be better. Bluetooth only does SBC codec but at least it still sounds good with my UMIDIGI Ablebuds Free headphones and when connected to my car stereo. Would be nice to get AAC or APTX codecs. Built in screen mirroring doesn't work with my TCL Roku 4K TV. My poco F3 works great with its built in screen mirroring software. I purchased 2 of these for my sons for Christmas at the end of June 2023 and purchased the 2 year extended warranty. In November I decided to open them up and get them all set up before wrapping them for Christmas and discovered they were both defective! After initial set up the screens just freeze and force you to factory reset. I contacted Amazon who said contact extended warranty who said contact manufacturers warranty who said contact Amazon! 2 hours later on phone with multiple Amazon customer service reps they finally agree to refund minus 50$ because they were bought in June and minus the 79$ it cost for the extended warranty!! It cost me $129 for their garbage and horrible customer service! Don’t buy electronics or trash extended warranty’s from Amazon, they will not honor the warranty or take care of their customers!!! ... show more

This is a very solid phone. It’s quite snappy and quick to open apps, take pictures, etc. Don’t expect to do any high end gaming on it though. The battery life is incredible, it has 515mAh and will easily last you a few days on one charge. The display is 720p, and I was expecting it to not look great but was pleasantly surprised to find out that it’s almost indistinguishable from a higher quality display. In theory this should improve battery life too. It also comes with the latest Android 13 installed, but please don’t expect it to get any updates. One major downside about this device is the cameras. They are pretty bad and have almost no stabilization if any. This means your photos and videos will often come out looking quite blurry. If camera matters a lot to you, then I would not recommend this phone. The phone is really tall, about the same height as an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The bottom bezel takes up a lot of that space, though. Something this phone has that a lot of other china phones don’t have is the ability to use US carriers. I’m using Verizon on it now and don’t have any problem. Not sure if the listing mentions this or not, but the phone comes with a headphone jack which isn’t found in a lot of phones these days. Also, a screen protector and clear case come pre-installed on the phone. This may be just an issue with the one I was shipped, but the speakers were very hard to hear, even on full volume. Overall, this phone is a ~$130 phone, and it does really well for the price point. There are certainly much worse phones you can get for the same amount. Also keep in mind this is a brand new phone, and it even comes with a one year warranty. ... show more

I received this Umidigi G3 Plus phone last week and couldn't be happier with the purchase. My normal phone needs to get some repairs and I wanted something to use while I was getting it done. This phone felt a lot like my original primary phone and has much of the same features. The quality is evident and it scrolls smoothly using Android 13 with all the latest features Android has to offer. I can't believe how well this phone works for 1/10th of the price of the popular name brand phones. On top of it all the phone came with a pre-installed screen protector and a clear case to protect the phone. This is unheard of in those expensive name brand phones. The camera is exceptable and takes great photos. I did notice a watermark logo on pics I took at first and realized I had to go into camera settings and turn that off to take photos without the watermark. The fingerprint scanner works well and I have not found any issues with any feature I used so far. There is plenty of storage and you can expand the storage with an SD card if you need more. This would be a perfect phone to buy for kids that need their first phone as the price can't be beat. I would highly recommend this phone for anyone needing a quality smart phone with the latest Android operating system. ... show more

As with most every Umidigi product, this phone is really solid. Good battery, storage, memory, operating system, etc. all for a really cheap price compared to the new Apple and Samsung phones. Definitely a phone and brand I recommend for anyone who is okay with not have the newest and most flashy model from the popular brands. ... show more
