Received the Umidigi Bison X20 quickly from Amazon. Very large display and great graphics. I'm able to play all my games and runs them quickly. I had no problem transferring data and apps from my old phone through Google. Was able to add a micro SD card for a lots more storage.     • Great tough phone!
Plenty fast enough for everything I need to do! Came with a screen protector already installed, bumpers on the edges, no need for a phone case! NFC included, really a good phone. To really become my everyday phone, it would absolutely need wireless charging. I work construction and every phone I've had for years, the only reason I've had to replace them is because debris has gotten into the charging port and even after cleaning it out, the nature of the debris, often concrete dust or sand, eventually damaged the port so I can no longer charge the device. My main phone, a Pixel 6, has already lost use of the port unless I use a brand new charging cord and I don't touch the phone while charging with USB. I've been exclusively charging my pixel with wireless for months and until a new pixel comes out with QI2 wireless charging I probably won't update. If there was a phone that was released that had a water/debris proof cover over the charger built-in, and decent wireless charging, and built similar to this phone, it would be my daily driver phone instantly. As is, this bison x20 will be my backup for when something inevitably happens to my phone as I've given my other spare to my daughter ๐Ÿฅด ... show more

    • Great inexpensive smart phone
are bad and while the screen is satisfactory it isn't high end, but you didn't pay for that. It is chunky, strong case, and has a screen protector preinstalled. It's a beast really. It booted up fairly quickly and so far, I am impressed with the battery. I left it on but didn't use it for 24 hrs. and it only went down 4%. I swapped sims from my Pixel 8 Pro and T-Mobile was up and running. This will be a backup phone for anyone in my family if needed. But, for the most part it will be used to install questionable apps that I don't want on my main phone, like smart scales, borescope, endoscope and so on. It's a budget phone that works great and looks like it can take some abuse, I would have loved to get this for my sons when they were in school instead of the ridiculously high cost of other name brand smartphones. ... show more

    • Very good Backup/International Phone
I've tried this for a week or so now to get an idea of how it compares. I am not a person to get the latest phone when it drops but I do travel internationally for work and was hoping to use this in that case, and I will say that I am happy to do so! First impressions it feels big... and it is. The screen size is big, but it feels like it has an otter box case built in. It is advertised as durable and I expected it to be a bit girthy anyway. My primary phone is a Samsung s22. How does it compare? Well, it does not feel as responsive, but not unbearable. It also feels older... of course it is using an old version of Android so that is to be expected. I would recommend using a different launcher (I use Nova launcher) and this is mitigated quite a bit and it starts feeling closer to my primary phone. I played some games on it and they all played good. Not laggy or anything. The RAM I am sure had a lot to do with that. For modders don't get this expecting to sideload a new OS. I've combed the web and there are not mods for this model. I loved the sdCard but I could NOT get my 128GB microSD card to register on the phone! I also tried a 64GB microSD and it did not recognize it either. That is the minus 1 star. Overall great for a durable backup phone and phone while traveling to accommodate multiple sims. ... show more
