I am suprised how much I like these! I have had them for 2 months and they have already worn down some on the inside. I dont think they will last longer than a year. But I don't wear them all the time, only when I am cold. They are comfy and warm! Bottom is plastic. These are comfy and the color is true to the picture. I've ordered many slippers and this one is thick and the sole is durable and it's true to size. It did fit snug at first but now I can wear it with some socks. I'm going to check if these are washable and see how well it holds up. I'll have a response to that at a later time. I have severe painful axonal genetic neuropathy and I can't put on shoes anymore. These have saved my life this winter. The sole is strong enough for me to go to the store in or take out the trash and get the mail with the comfort of walking on a fuzzy cloud and keep my feet warm as they tend to get really cold with my condition. Inside foam cushion is not the same as it was several years ago when I got a pair for XMAS. Everything else seems to be the same but the cushion inside is not going to be supportive for more than 6 months to a year. I do wear them alot so if you are a casual wearer it won't matter as much.
