I was pleasantly surprised by how well this sticky bra worked. The adhesive is strong enough to stay in place throughout the day, even in warmer weather, yet it doesn’t feel uncomfortable on the skin. This duo comes with a sticky bra and 2 thick inserts. The inserts are not meant to use independently otherwise they will drop! Stick those on tight clothing or inside of your bras and it works wonders!! The sticky bra also works great. It does give you the lifting effect, you will need to place it vertically before close the front closure for correct wearing.
