Perfect
The double-sided adhesive bra pads surprised me for good. They adhere firmly to the skin and bikini, preventing them from moving even with the heat. Thick and durable
This duo comes with a sticky bra and 2 thick inserts. The inserts are not meant to use independently otherwise they will drop! Stick those on tight clothing or inside of your bras and it works wonders!! The sticky bra also works great. It does give you the lifting effect, you will need to place it vertically before close the front closure for correct wearing.
