Cute and warm
Love these. Super cute and true to size. I didn’t realize that the toe was a little bit square like a cowboy boot. Super warm and comfy. I have to unzip mine to put them on, but I am able to slip them off without unzipping. A little overpriced at $165.

Hard to get on
I always wanted a pair abd I love these. However, they are very difficult to get on.

too tight in the ankle
These boots are defective. They do not open enough for your foot to enter. This is my size but can't get my foot into the boot. and my foot is not wide, Boots ordinarily are too big in the ankle and the leg. I guess I waited too long to return, as I was out of town for much of the last two months. They are very cute, but made wrong.

Very easy to put on with the zipper
True to size was skeptical about the zipper in the back, but the shoes went right on and zipped very easy. Very happy with this purchase..

Ankle tightness makes entry difficult
Very hard to get on. Once I struggled to get my narrow foot in there the length was fine. Maybe if I took them somewhere to be stretched that would help. I think sizing up isn't the answer for me. They just need to be not so tight to get on.

Difficult to put on
These are beautiful shoes, however very difficult to get on. The zipper in the back does not go down far enough for me to get my heel into the shoe. I do not feel that is an issue with size although I’m not certain cause I literally could not get them on but in all other UGG shoes I wear this size . I really wanted the ones with the zippers on the side, but those are no longer available. I can easily get the pool on ones without a zipper on.
