These UGG platform sneakers are super comfortable and great quality. If they had half sizes I would’ve just made an exchange. They fit a bit big. Love the soft elastic top around the ankle- no rubs, clean look.

I came across these in Macys, but they didn’t have my size. Amazon never fails me and I jumped on here and found them (for $10 cheaper even) and I ended up placing the order before I ever left the shoe dept in Macys. Technology is so great! I usually wear a size 7 in UGG boots, but apparently I am a size 6 in the platform tennis. I bought a 6.5 and 6, tried on both and there was a size enough difference I went with the 6. Returned the 6.5. These are comfortable, I can wear these all day running errands and such. I appreciate the platform to give me some height. These are the good quality as you usually expect from UGG. I guess I've have these a month now and I have worn them many times without issue. It shows my return was completed on June 26th & have yet to get my refund. The shoes were cute but ran way too big. I can’t get any answers on where my refund is, there’s no one to call or message about it either.

    • SHREDDING my heels
I sized down based on others’ reviews and the initial fit is great. Seemingly well constructed and comfortable, but after one morning commute of 4/5 blocks, my heels are bleeding from the excessive friction at the back of the shoe (even wearing socks!). I’ve worn many pairs of platform sneakers without this issue, and I think it has to do with the sole being very squishy and allowing your heel to compress it by ~1 inch with each step, meaning your foot is rubbing up and down on the stiff part at the back of the heel repeatedly. I’m going to try adding some heel inserts for cushion, but this aspect was very disappointing and frustrating, especially because there seemed to be good care given to the design of most other aspects of the shoe. ... show more
