I usually wear a size 7 in UGG boots, but apparently I am a size 6 in the platform tennis. I bought a 6.5 and 6, tried on both and there was a size enough difference I went with the 6. Returned the 6.5. These are comfortable, I can wear these all day running errands and such. I appreciate the platform to give me some height. These are the good quality as you usually expect from UGG. I guess I've have these a month now and I have worn them many times without issue. These UGG platform sneakers are super comfortable and great quality. If they had half sizes I would’ve just made an exchange. They fit a bit big. Love the soft elastic top around the ankle- no rubs, clean look.

It shows my return was completed on June 26th & have yet to get my refund. The shoes were cute but ran way too big. I can’t get any answers on where my refund is, there’s no one to call or message about it either.

Bought “used” for super cheap price. Though they fit great, and while the comfort appears to be commensurate to UGG, I have reservations that they are not genuine. The only scuff is the one pictured on the side, the bottoms are immaculate. Packaging was not original [while it does provide a statement on the box] I have purchased “used” items many times with the product arriving in original packaging with pristine product intact and typically a letter from Amazon summarizing “thank you for giving this product a second life and keeping it out of our landfills.” When searching other sizes in same style of ugg and reviewing “used offers,” a comparable “used” pair was advertised as much higher than what I paid for these. Scammers are getting smart - and while I have the upmost confidence in Amazon, it is something to consider. ... show more
