There appears to be a sizing issue. I bought a 9, which is what I wear in all other UGGs and they were too big in both length and swimming in the heal. I bought an 8.5 thinking this would solve. Too small. Really sad about this.

I wear size 7 and I have a narrow heel so, with this boot I have to wear 2 pairs of thin socks for the best fit. If I would exchange for a smaller size it would be too tight. This boot is comfy- wear all day on feet walking and dancing- not too heavy or clunky.
