The boots run small and the fur requires you order a size up. They are really comfortable but the 2nd time I put them on the leather shoelace holder literally came off the seam where it was attached. I expect a lot more from UGG. I also had to return the first pair due to sizing issues not being true to actual shoe size. Do I go for a 3rd time? Probably not.
