I was under the impression that these were UGG Australia, but nowhere on the box or in the literature does it say that. I read under the questions and answers product information on Amazon where someone had said they were made in Australia. The only information I got on Australia was here on the description -it only states that it was made by an Australian in California. I believe there are two different companies ugg and ugg Australia. But I don't know. Regardless, I think they are great. I just got the boots and they are pretty terrific. Seems very high quality and craftsmanship. They are super lightweight very good looking. Mine were also made in Vietnam. It says that they are only 60% wool and 40% some other material (lyocel?). The insole is not furry, it is made of some other material (soft and warm). The sole itself is not soft and super flexible as someone else stated in my opinion; it is just as hard as any of my other boots, but not stiff by any means -just perfect. So far I love them. I will edit this review if anything changes. Hope you like and enjoy yours too!

Warm, comfortable, stylish. I have only had these a month so I can't speak of their longevity. They are true to fit .. not too wide with a pair of wool socks on average width feet. They are keeping my feet dry, and seem to be a quality choice snow boot good for sub freezing and sub zero temperatures. These are a keeper in my opinion.

I went through 3 different winter boots before moving to Alaska before deciding to spend the extra money on these. All the other boots I tried on were clunky Frankenstein monstrocities. A little tight for a size 13 extra wide, and I ordered a 13, but after a day of wearing are conforming to my foot size. It's like putting your foot into a cloud. I'm not a big fan of them rolled down as they came in the box and are displayed in pictures. If you're wondering, yes there are eyelets at the top amd you can lace them all the way, which is what I prefer to do. Bonus for the fur insole too. That is a nice touch for added comfort and warmth. My only complaint is that the fur lined tongue doesn't go all the way to the top when rolled up. I waterproofed the suede upper with scotchguard and mink oil on the leather and we will see how they hold up on the tundra. I'll check back to update if necessary on durability or defects. Update 3 months later: Still awesome! I made it to test in the snow and held up great with ice cleats attached to walk on ice and snow. Comfort all day in cold Alaskan conditions.

Not gonna lie, these boots are expensive. That's probably why you're reading this review. Here's the short version: Not too heavy, not too light. Fit like a glove. Comfortable for walking around indoors and warm outside. Generally speaking, I hate snow boots. My feet run very warm, but I need boots that I can wear out in the snow and ice. I have owned a pair of Sorel Caribou for nearly 25 years now. They look brand new. In part due to their excellent construction, and in part due to the fact that I hardly ever wear them. They're giant beasts, heavy, unwieldy to wear and drive in, and too warm. My new Ugg boots, on the other hand . . . I LOVE these. I have driven 4 hours to ski while wearing them. I've worn them while sitting in a restaurant to eat and didn't feel overheated. I can slosh through puddles in the parking lot and comfortably shop for groceries. In the month that I've owned these boots, I happily reach for them to jump in the car on an errand. I've never done that with my other snow boots. The toe box is generous but not oversized and clumsy. The tread on the bottom is grippy and steady. The weight is substantial enough to know what you're wearing, but without feeling heavy.

These boots are very comfortable. a little bit hard to get on at first, after you wear them a few days they are much easier. They have kept my feet nice and toasty and with 40 below weather that is a huge plus, plus they’re comfortable to wear inside. I will say price might be a consideration I find them to be worth it and a lot better made and more comfortable than some cheaper boots I have bought in the past.

These Boot’s are the best, pricy but worth it. Great quality and hold the challenge to the cold. Here in Anchorage ,Alaska winters are all over the place. Either it’s cold and windy holding temps below zero or it’s warm with slushy snow with temps in mid 30’s wether it’s snow or wet. Toes stay warm, l usually always wear wool socks during the winter so boots fit just fine with thick socks.
