My sister and I share a small room, and she needed more closest space. So, I bought this portable closet and it's the best thing that's ever happened to our room. I build it in the living room because I wanted to have a lot space and afterwards we just moved it against a wall in our room. It does look bigger in person than in the online pics, but it didn't take up too much space. It's honestly so convenient because you can also use it as storage if you need to and you can customize it how you like. Advice for assembling: - Count the parts before assembling! It's pretty simple to build when you follow the instructions, but some of the pieces look very similar. So, counting them out will help you differentiate between all the pieces. Hint: The longer pieces are used for the foundation. I didn't realize this until the end and had to go all the way back to redo it. - When it gets to the part where you wrap the black cloth around the bottom, there are holes in the cloth you can use to make it easier. I didn't notice at first and ended up watching a youtube tutorial to see how to do it - It's pretty easy to assemble; just follow the directions and watch some youtube videos if you need a better visual reference. Reminder: - This closet does not come with hangers or bins. We bought the hangers and bins you see in the picture from Walmart and it worked perfectly with the closet. We've had the closet for about 3 weeks now and it's still standing! It has great durability (granted- we don't put a ton of heavy things on the bottom), but it was definitely what we needed!

This product can’t hold anything. The plastic elbows and connections that they show you are so flimsy they snap and I’m not in a warm hot dry area. It’s absolutely not a sturdy or viable way of storing your clothes. You better off buying a metal one and just shoving a sheet over it because this was a waste of money.

I really had no expectation when I purchased this, I saw the black metal bars and the extensive setup and thought that this thing would fall apart in the first months. It has absolutely blown me away. Now that it is fully assembled, I can lift it up and over my head and spinning around and not a single thing holding it together will move! It can hold a lot more weight than I thought it would. This is great, definitely worth the money.

Bought this product in december and its already falling apart. May be fine as a single person unit, but for 2 (me and my husbands clothes) it does not hold up very long. Poles are very flimsy and bend easy, and collapse under weight. It is huge, which is amazing, with lots of storage if keeping light weight items. For the most part its also easy to assemble, but the poles will bend and struggle to fit into the plastic bits holding them together. Overall a fine closet but doesnt withstand the test of time.

Less than a year and it's fallen apart. The cheap connectors for the flimsy plastic pipes that make up the frame started to crack and split almost as soon as it was assembled. A few connectors were missing, I had to fashion ones using pieces of water pipe and hose clamps. I bought two, one for each kids room, one is in college so hers just sits for over half the year and isn't being used but it still fell apart. The other kid is sill at home and uses hers more, I had to use brackets to attach it to the wall as it also started to split at the joints and was leaning in every direction. Buy yourself some good heavy duct tape if you buy one of these, you'll need it to hold it together. I guess I shouldn't have expected much for $40ea.
