  • Durable, versatile and comfortable
Size: 11 Women/9.5 Men Color: Grey Blue
Wore these at the lake last year and they worked great....this year I wore them hiking in the woods, on obsidian and pumice, then through lava caves. I was careful how I walked and only stepped 1 rock that was painful in the middle of my foot. I liked that I could feel the contours of the ground I was walking on. They fit well with and without socks and are very breathable. Drying them out often the lake does take a day and the insoles can be an annoying task if you need to store them immediately. ... show more

  • Comfortable and keep sand out
Size: 12 Women/10 Men Color: A Black
Wore these in the ocean and all over the beach. I was impressed that very minimal sand got in and whatever did seemed to stay down and didn’t cause rubbing issues. Feel sturdy and supportive enough to walk around in for longer distances. Comfortable and looked good enough to wear to some lunch places and around town as we explored after the beach. Highly recommend. They fit true to size and we’re nice and snug, in a comfortable and secure way; not overly tight. I like that the tongue is same piece as the rest of the upper shoe, so there’s less chance of sand entering compared to a shoe with the tongue being separate fabric. ... show more

  • Decent River Shoes
Size: 10 Women/8.5 Men Color: A Grey Orange
I took a chance on these and they are pretty decent water shoes for my application. My particular application is to kayak various rivers in the Ozarks. They have performed well thus far on two different floats. I only had to empty sand one time on each trip and that was due to walking in some pretty deep fines which included sand and small rock that ended up being close to ankle deep. So they did a great job keeping the sand and rocks out. These would be great shoes for a less-than-rugged environment. The soles are slightly thicker than the other cheap ones that these replaced. With all of that being said, I will keep looking for a shoe with a thicker sole. Rocky beds and gravel bars tend to be a little rough on the foot even with these soles. If they were to add only about 2mm more thickness, they may be excellent for a river shoe. Sizing for me is always challenging as I have a very wide and thick foot and nobody seems to make wide versions of water shoes. I wear a size 8.5 EEEE width. I ordered the Mens size 8.5 thinking it would be the correct length and stretchy enough to fit my foot. It's adequate in width and thickness as it is very stretchy and my foot just fits into it in that regard. I feel that the toe is a bit long as if it's actually just a size 9 or 9.5 in length. I think that if I ordered a size 8 I wouldn't be able to get my foot into it without ripping something but the length might be correct for me. Of course, this is not a normal challenge for most folks but I do think they run a little longer than specified for the men's sizes. In the end, I don't regret my purchase and would recommend them. Just be aware that if you're walking in a harsh rocky environment you're going to feel some discomfort. These are still more comfortable than many of the other cheaper water shoes that I've used, but of course, there are better shoes at higher price points. It all depends on your budget. This is a pretty good bang for the buck in my opinion. ... show more

  • Worked perfectly
Size: 14 Women/12 Men Color: A Black
Comfortable and dry quickly and perfect for our hike in Costa Rica. Also great for hopping in water where there may be sharp coral or rocks beneath the water… can swim in these.

  • Love these water shoes
Size: 13 Women/11 Men Color: A Black
I bought these hoping they would be decent and I was surprised. I bought them for Fishing and they are great. They have great tread and grip on the bottom, they have a great sole insert thats like memory foam and they are real comfortable. I wore them at an amusement park all day in water and on rides. I figured wearing these and walking around all day, I'd have sore feet or the sores you get from the shoe rubbing on your ankle or Achilles area and NOTHING. These are great and well made. Definitely worth it. ... show more

  • Not comfortable
Size: 12 Women/10 Men Color: Black/White
These shoes look great and seem to have good traction and breath ability. I really want to like them but they just aren't comfortable. I am impressed with the build quality, especially the loop at the back of the ankle to pull them on. This loop quickly snapped off on my expensive Nike running shoes but the loop on these doesn't seem like it's going anywhere. It is sturdy. The biggest issue is that at the back of the ankle where that loop is sewn on there is a thick, rough seam with stitching that digs into and rubs on the back of the ankle causing significant discomfort. In addition to this the insole of the shoe is so thin that I can feel all of the ridges of the outer rubber sole through it which is only slightly uncomfortable. It's not as bad as the ankle issue but when you add them together it makes them no fun to wear. Finally the sizing is a little off. I typically wear size 11 and sometimes down to 10.5 I wanted these shoes to be fairly snug so I ordered down a size to 10s but they are still a little lose. My toes are in a pretty good spot but the material around the foot and the ankle is not very snug. If I cinch them to the tightness that I would prefer the laces are very long and I have to tuck the excess into the other laces to keep them from flopping around. Cinching them like this also exacerbates the ankle issue because it pulls the rough seem harder into the back of the ankle. I was debating keeping these as they will mostly be used for kayaking but I know that I will be doing a fair amount of walking in them as well and I don't want a shoe that I have to worry about when I put them on. I will be returning and looking for another shoe that fits my river needs. ... show more
