The compressor was perfect for our 2008 Jeep Liberty 3.7. Box was a little banged up and the compressor did NOT have the proper amount of PAG oil but that did not bother me. I drained the compressor and filled it to proper level with UV PAG oil. I would recommend this as a great alternative to a Mopar compressor considering the price difference. ... show more

Exact replacement for old unit, easily installed if you have even beginner AC auto repair experience. Requires proper oil & refrigerant installation as well as replacement of any other defective AC components. Only been on the car for several weeks, works fine, cooler weather now (October in Michigan), will check back next summer. Longevity will determine if 5 star. ... show more

It works great, but u fill it and after 150 miles u will need to fill again and then it will work great

After a long ride to Phoenix in 110 heat, my air conditioner died. After the sweaty drive home I ordered this compressor on Amazon. It came in only two days and my 73 year old husband had no problem installing it. I'm sure we saved a lot of money by not bringing it to the dealer. We still have many hot days to look forward to but at least the AC is as good or better than before. ... show more
