I've worn this and put it through the wash many times and its held up. Material is soft and is not too tight--might find some loose threads every now and then but it hasn't ripped yet. As for washability and quality of the material, I haven't noticed much shrinkage from all the washes and the elasticity still remains(I wash it in the laundry in cold water and hang dry). These TZ Promise Tank Top is amazing to wear. They feel great and fits so well. I wear one almost everyday now due to comfort and support. They actually help my body feel a little more fit while wearing the top. After washing, they maintain their size. They don't shrink or stretch after washing and drying. Firstly, they are pretty long. I got a size small and they fit good but if I don’t bunch it up at the waist, it feels like a dress. The white one is also very see through and therefore unwearable. I haven’t noticed it shrinking in the wash.

this was a three pack of tee shirts, two of which were perfect. The third, the gray one I could barely get on. it was so tight i felt i was in a girdle. could not wear it.
