I was pleasantly surprised by this necklace. It's prettier than I expected. The short chain is around 16" and it is plain. The middle chain with the tiny S charm on it is around 18". And the longest chain with the hammered metal disk is around 20". The hammered disk is pretty and so is the small disk with the S. Really the only negative thing I have to say about this triple layered necklace is that it feels kind of rough on my skin. Because of that, I took off one star.
