My size in shoes is typically 7-1/2 to 8. Based on reading other reviews, I ordered 1-1/2 to 2 sizes smaller. ((Mens size 5 / Women's size 6. They fit perfect for my feet, and with a little extra room to add cushion insoles. It did come with adjusting tools. They roll and skate beautifully, and the breaking rubber works well. The skates seem nice, but are not true to size. My girlfriend always rents a size 8 at the skating rink and these skates are too small. Now she's got to return them and get a bigger size so make sure you buy a size up from what you usually wear to avoid having to return them.
