Disclaimer! I am NOT being paid to write a positive review. I am a 100% regular customer who’s goal is to inform and give future customers a good idea of how my experience purchasing this costume went in the hopes that they too have a good experience and get the product they want. Okay so I had some doubts about this purchase after reading so many reviews but it came in today and I immediately tried it on. Firstly: it’s super comfortable. It moves very well and you feel just like a Jedi. Secondly: follow YOUR size chart and go with your instinct. I’m 5’8 1/2 (the half is important lol) and weigh 250lbs and I usually get 2XL for anything. I purchased the 2XL and it fits perfectly. The pants fit snug (not too tight) but are a little long. Nothing a little alteration can’t fix unless you get Jedi boots then I think you’ll be fine, the tunic offers a lot of mobility, the inner belt is a little small but still fits, the outer belt looks cool and fits great, and the 2 sashes are the perfect length and complete the look. The only gripe I have with it is how long it took me to put it on by myself. There are no instructions but you should have a pretty good idea on how to assemble it (unless you’re an idiot lol). There is nothing to hold the tunic in place while you put the inner belt on. Not impossible to do one man but if you can get someone to help you, it’ll make it easier and it’ll go a lot quicker. After I put it all on and looked at myself in the mirror, I had a smile from ear to ear. I really felt like a Jedi and as a whole was NOT disappointed. This is great quality for the price and will make a fine addition to any cosplayers collection or to anyone just looking for a cool Halloween costume. This costume is great it looks awesome it fits awesome it’s a little warm for a person who lives in Florida but it’s extremely comfortable. Now I clicked fits as expected because I read through some of the reviews I am a large but short person so I ordered the 4X. And as the other reviews suggested the costume fits perfectly except for the Innerbelt the Innerbelt is just a piece of cloth with Velcro on it but it fits extremely tightly if at all leaving a couple inch gap on my back. This isn’t that big of an issue I was just going to make an extension on it because if that’s the only piece that doesn’t fit right then that’s really not a big deal it’s a thin piece of brown cloth With Velcro on it something that I could easily modify or re-create I’m actually considering ordering the white variation of this costume. I got this so that I can bounce back-and-forth between old man Obi-Wan Kenobi and salty old man Luke Skywalker from the new trilogy as well as dressing up as original characters and it works perfectly. Now there’s no way to keep everything together Once you get past the jacket the rest of the tunic is mostly strips of fabric true to form of the actual Jedi costume so I do recommend for anybody buying this to have safety pins or Velcro at the ready so that they can fasten certain bits together to make things easier for assembly. Because while his costume is very comfortable and looks nice it is a bit of a chore to get in and out of but that’s about the same for any kind a costume your order. So sum things up In a way that I feel like I’m not misleading anybody. This is a great product I do recommend buying it just requires a little bit of effort on your part but any products you buy is going to go so that feels a common sense but there’s a lot of people who want something that is wanting done and this is definitely not that. It’s super worth it though because I feel like a real Jedi in this when I put it on. It doesn’t feel like a costume it feels authentic. Like something you’d see a Disney employee in. When I pulled this out of the box and finally got it all the way onto me I danced around my room like a child on their birthday It unleashed a wave of nostalgia like no other. ... show more

Size: 4X-Large Color: Brown Full Set
After ordering I was reading the reviews and it seemed good. It arrived pretty quickly and I tried it on. The pants need to be hemmed, which is fine. The inner cloth belt is MUCH smaller than the outer belt, so it doesn't fit around me but the outer faux leather belt does. I've had some issues with the outer belt sides folding, so it isn't super sturdy, but the front stay intact so it isn't a huge issue. The quality seems super, it isn't uncomfortable. The cloak has strings - which i cut off - and also might need to be hemmed a bit so you don't trip on it. Overall it's super, it looks nice, and it fits well. Now the parts that could use some work. The inner cloth belt definitely need to be bigger than it is. The shoulder tabards are prone to sliding around, but if you use velcro or safety pins to keep it in place it should be fine. It's definitely not a costume you can put on yourself unless you safety pin or velcro the majority of it because you'll need to hold the pieces in place to get the belt on. That isn't a huge issue for me, but just something to be aware of. The brown inner tunic isn't an inner tunic, it's two strips of fabric made to look like an inner tunic. I highly suggest tacking the sides down or sewing it down to the inside of the tunic and making a V with a hole for your head at the point where you want the tunic to cross and sewing the strips together at that point otherwise it slides all over. It would be better if it was another tunic, but for the cost and the minimal work to get it where you want it to be it isn't a huge issue. All in all, very solid purchase. I wish the inner belt was bigger and the outer belt was a little sturdier to avoid folding over, but not the end of the world. Would definitely recommend for a costume or cosplay. ... show more
