I bought this for a cricut project and it’s perfect because it’s one of the few hooded cloaks that isn’t velvet but rather a cotton blend. I’m 5’4” and it comes just above my ankles. My mind hoped that it would reach the floor, but maybe it’s better that it doesn’t so it doesn’t snag in the ground. Not the best cape in the world, as it’s thin and slightly translucent in the light and has a rough edge, but it works for a costume! I needed a hood-less black cape for a witch costume, and it was such a nice touch! Just don’t expect it to keep you warm, and you may need to hem it yourself. I'm 5'3" and it way way tooooo long. It was at least a foot draping on the floor and the sleeves are way tooo big because it's so long. It is not what I expected at all. The color was not matching online either. Not as green as I wanted. It's useless as a normal cape to me.
