I love this backpack because it holds all my electronics and travel essentials. The shoulder traps are durable and comfortable. It has pockets for almost everything. I would love a side pocket for my travel mug. its sturdy and has a classic design. My last Tumi lasted 8 years. I get on and off a lot of airplanes and this is my go to bag. So far I love the new backpack. I'd previously had a nice leather shoulder bag I carried my laptop and various items to work in, or travelled with. This backpack seems to hold everything better, maybe just a better use of space, which includes a nice space for your laptop and tablet. I foresee a lot of use. I love all the side pockets too.
