This is pretty much a flag on a selfie stick. The collapsible pole does have a nice foam handle but not sure how it will hold up to winds (and speed) when fully extended. You dop need to untie the flag if you ever want to fully collapse the stick or put it into the carry case since the mount triangles are very tiny and can't slide most of the pole. The included mount is pretty hard on both the handle and whatever surface you clamp it to, rubber padding or just a better overall design would be huge for both. The Stars I give it is for taking to parades or pother festivals to wave your American Pride with a comfortable foam handle on a lightweight pole supporting a personal sized flag.

We have this on a metal ladder on the side of the house. It's not that tall, but I don't know how it would hold up on some of our windier days. I think it's perfect for smaller flags at normal heights. Would recommend, depending on your needs.

This flag pole kit lets me hang my banner from a railing easily and keeps it steady in the wind. The poles are lightweight but strong, so they hold up my 12 x 18-inch flag without bending. The mount fits snugly on metal railings and screws on quickly, so I can set it up in minutes. One thing I would improve on is the pole length, because it could be a bit longer to make the banner hang higher and catch more attention.

Tugaizi American Boat Flag Pole Kit – Floating Boat Flag 12 x 18 Inches with Poles and Mount The mount works okay, but it's quite large for the telescoping pole it comes with. I like the design overall, but I wish it had some different type of protection for the boat rails and for the pole itself. The included pole feels somewhat flexible when fully extended. I think it’s best used with the small included flag, but not at full extension. The mount could accommodate a larger diameter pole, which might improve rigidity. That said, the telescoping feature is useful for adjusting the height to your preference. The base of the pole is cushioned, and there’s a rubber-like strip to wrap around it, but it deforms easily under pressure from the single tightening screw. Three stars from me: it works, the flag is good, and the height is adjustable—but the pole flexes too much for me when fully extended.

Like the size and the bright colors. However, attaching to a golf cart is a bit of a puzzle. I have a Club Car Precedent 2006 model and no place would it naturally fit. Ended up mounting it on the passenger side back post and had to drill a hoe through the plastic post and through one side of the metal black bracket. Finally got it to work but the original screw through one side did not work. Likes. The extension rod allow you to raise it high but lower it for the entry to the garage. Make sure you do that. Overall I like how it ended up, but more adaptive mount would be a great help.

I was looking for a flag mount for the rail. And I found this Flagpole Kit, which included a 12 x 18-inch American flag, an adjustable flagpole, mounting brackets, and a storage bag. Excellent quality, looks good, and is easy to install. The stainless-steel flagpole is adjustable from 11 to 78 inches. The flag looks beautiful and performs great. Perfect size. It is perfect for a gift. Recommended.

I think this would be better for lighter duty and not on a boat. Once extended the pole feels really wobbly, like a fishing pole. It flexes, whips and bows easily. It has a really springy feel to it and I'm not certain how well it would hold up on a boat on our windy river. The flag is nice. The bracket is adequate. But we feel this would perform better on something like a golf cart, or stationary on a house or RV. We decided to mount it on our RV and only extend the pole and hang the flag when we are parked at a campground. Not a bad product. Just maybe not for a fast boat.
