Wanted to try tufting. Made my first rug! Watched a few videos online and setup and use was fairly simple and I had no issues or problems with any of the items included. I recommend this kit if you want to try out tufting or a new gun.

I am new to tufting and I never had a gun before but this one is really nice I had no problems with it as I made 4 rugs now and it's really lite to use my arm don't get tired at all easy to thread the yarn and I really recommend this unit ..Happy tufting

It won’t cut some of the loops sometimes even after making adjustments. And it sometimes accepts two strands of yarn and sometimes doesn’t. It’s fine and worth it over the more expensive brands. Maybe I’ll update with pictures of my rugs or something.

EDIT: Support delivered a new tufting gun to my house in a timely manner. All is good and well. Still no message but all is resolved :EDIT OVER Everything was fine in the package and no damage to box but the tufting gun inside had a bent arm. Reached out to support and supplied all of the information they needed and they said they would send a new one but after I sent the last of the information, company went silent. I will update this review if I ever receive a replacement/hear from the company again ... show more

Ordered package a few days ago. Decided to open and use today. Noticed the shield for the clippers was a piece of wood with two holes in it and not like the picture. Hooked gun up and used approximately 10 min max and it completely shut off and would not cut back on. No way to contact seller. Reached out to Amazon and should be getting a replacement.
