The fabric on the outside is like the underarmor shirts, but these have a thin layer of material similar to very soft fleece. They are extremely comfortable. My shirt size is 5xl, but the ones I bought are 3xl. They fit well. They fit snug, and are tall enough, so they don't roll up on me, so I think these are a little bigger than their size. The sleeves are short, so if you’re tall with long arms, know that. It is soft and warm though. Good base layer for wearing under a shirt.
