Solid workout gear, good fit & comfort, time will tell as to durability, but so far so good.

  • Fits me just right and looks good.
Size: Large Color: Athletic Camo Black
I usually wear TSLA compression shorts to work out. I bought the long pants version for the cold walk from the car to the gym this winter. I also wear them to my manual physical therapy sessions. My therapist on my first visit was having trouble working through my baggy hiking pants to find the right muscles to release and the precise location of the pressure points to use. Also, she needed to get a better view of how my pelvis and legs were moving when I walk, sit down, or lie down in certain positions. I asked her if tighter clothes would help her work on me more easily, effectively, and quickly. She said yes, and suggested workout pants. So, I started wearing these pants and tight stretchy shirts to my PT sessions. It probably is not what my therapist had in mind exactly, but she hasn't complained. One thing I like about TSLA shorts and pants is how they look in front. I don't want to show detail of my male parts, just a single rounded bulge like football pants. I also don't want to wear anything under my workout pants. I love the free feeling of just wearing the spandex. Also, an injury from a bad wreck has damaged nerves that now cause underwear with elastic waistbands to produce severe pain in my skin under their waistband on my right side. TSLA shorts and pants fit the bill. The front pouch is well designed to conceal the details of my male parts, especially in a dark, textured print like these pants. If I pull the pants up to my true waist about belly-button high, the TSLA waistband doesn't hurt, and the pouch gets really tight and holds all my male equipment firmly in place. ... show more

  • Good quality and excellent price
They are comfortable for compression pants and provide really good compression. The waist is a little low hence 4 stars. They can be worn with or with out anything over it. I am 5' 9" and 180 and got a medium. I wear 32" pants. Yes, it is quite snug but that is the point. These are compression pants. My knees and feet are wrecked and these help with the pain while riding my bike. I do not wear anything over them when I ride because my legs get insanely hot. I buy the dark ones and nothing shows on front or back so it is not a big deal at all, I am a life-long runner before my knees exploded so I am accustomed to wearing snug leggings. My gf was concerned about it being see through but it got her approval. I own the black with light grey stripes and just got the double set with black/active black. The black set is a bit different and leaves slightly less to the imagination but doesn't quite hit the threshold of see-through. Compression pants are not meant to be worn with anything underneath - when I bought more expensive nike compression pants, which aren't any better than these, the representative told me that - because it is very uncomfortable and negatively impacts the compression. That means some trimming/shaving might be in order because they are tight enough that hairs will poke through. I really need the compression, so much so that I even wear these when it is 105 out and the wicking is very good so I deal with having to do things I would rather not. I do use it as a base layer sometimes when I go fishing in the winter but there are long johns from tsla that are thinner, more comfortable and much warmer than these, don't even think of wearing the long johns on a run though, even black ones are see through: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z4J3LR1 I would definitely avoid the white ones though. At least I am not that brave. ... show more

  • Performance, quality, style and price!
I've purchased several of these compression pants: several pairs of black, black and red, blue camo, and green camo. I've had most all of the pairs about a year now besides the two I recently purchased. I wear them daily, regardless of whether or not I'm working out that day because I ride a motorcycle and I like to have a second layer of "skin" between myself and my jeans. Plus, in the winters, they help against the wind while I'm riding. As a base layer, I can tell you that in the winter it does help against the cold. I would say that they may not help as much as compression pants designed for cool weather but it's much better than not having them I can assure you of that. As compression pants designed for working out, wicking moisture, and keeping you cool, these pants will not fail you. I live in Arizona where, 5 months out of the year, the average is 100+ degrees on a monthly basis. June and July are the worst; the heat is 115-120 degrees on some days. When you wear these compression pants in the heat, it will feel a lot like running/jogging/exercising without any pants on at all (strange to say but it's true). In fact, I'm not sure how the technology itself works but I know that while I'm running, the wind passes through to my skin and it actually feels cool even though it's hot enough to bake cookies in my car using only my windshield and front dash (true story). So as far as wicking moisture goes, these pants will definitely keep you cool. As far as quality and durability goes, out of my 6 black pairs, all of them have their original shine that you see when they first arrive. None of them have a dull exterior. One of them, probably through my own mishandling has a small hole on the side of the pants but other than that, all of them are in the same exact condition as when I first received them. They've held up from the wear and tear of every day use, and I wash all pairs at the end of the week, so I couldn't be more pleased with this product especially given the more than reasonable price for a quality and durability that has lasted me four times as long as I had expected. As for style, yes every pair of these compression pants does get looks. I've even purchased some of the corresponding tops because I couldn't be without a matching set when it came to some of the colors. Some things to keep in mind. I did feel like these sizes were slightly smaller than I would traditionally expected from the size labeled. Although I could wear them just fine, ordering a size up seemed to resolve the issue. Again, not a deal breaker, but I don't want them to be so tight on my legs that it's uncomfortable to work out. When you wash some of them, if the stitching is cotton, try not to mix them with anything that would leave those little lint balls on them. I made the mistake of accidentally washing a towel in a load that had my compression pants and I spent most of the day pulling those lint-like fuzzies out of the stitching in the compression pants. ... show more

  • Comfortable, but had to order a size up.
Size: Large Color: Athletic Camo Black
They're compression pants; nothing special about them. They are comfortable and will work as a base layer for my motorcycle race suit. A note about the sizing: I'm normally a size 32 W for most brands of pants, and without a belt they'd be loose. I first ordered this product as a medium, and they were uncomfortably tight for the waist. I returned them and got the size Large instead and they're perfect on my waist. ... show more
