Pros: -love the brushed gold finish -the swiveling spout makes cleaning the sink super easy -quick and straightforward install, even for an older home -kids love the pop-up drain -no issues with handles when turning water on/off Cons: -not the water pressure I was expecting, but it gets the job done -The color is a bit darker than pictured. The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love this product. When I first got this faucet in April it looked very great in person and I wans excited when we install it. It flows perfectly and doesn’t leak or anything but after couple months, its fading out. I don’t know I would have give 5 stars for it if it wasn’t for this problem. I hope its helpful. ... show more

    • Leaks and mislabeled handles

Bought this months back and just got to point of install. Fairly simple to install as I have experience with sink installations. The product is solid and looks beautiful. The main issues are they LEAK bad at all but one of the three quick connects (double vanity, 2 faucets.) No matter what I do, they just leak. Now I'm stuck with this as it cant be returned. Will try to buy new quick connects but I don't think it will work. Also, as others have stated, the handless come mislabeled. This took an hour out of my time because I had to take all apart and switch handles. UPDATE: 04/03/2020 After emailing the company they recommended I purchase: Uxcell O-Rings Nitrile Rubber, 7mm Inner Diameter, 11mm OD, 2mm Width, Round Seal Gasket Pack of 10 off of Amazon to rectify the issue of leaks. I did, and this indeed fixed the problem. They offered to refund me the $5.00 for the gaskets as well. They answered all my emails within 24hrs, even on the weekend which I appreciated. Only reason I wont give 5 stars is due to the fact this problem took a lot of time and headache to fix and the handles were labeled incorrectly, which also took time to correct. I love these! They look great with my new white shaker vanity. When they were installed as you can see on the handles or’s little scratches that’s from coming out of the boxes now the ring around the Fossett itself. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to be there. Don’t know if they’re just defective or what. This it was worth the money. I bought a second set from my other bathroom and they went up by 50 bucks almost. I understand things are going up but these ones were brand-new out of the box and they’re defective or I don’t know they came like this. I paid this money for these.
