I was expecting a high quality but light metal box. But the box is surprisingly heavy. It is made from heavy gauge steel. This is highly recommended if you like quality items. In the old days, people would look down on Japanese goods, now I think Made in Japan is a badge of honor for high quality goods. I got the T19MOD model. I think the it is powder coated vs normal paint. It has a matte finish. I also have the T150 which has a glossy finish

This is a stamped metal box and is very good quality. A baked on paint is durable and visually appealing. I use it for all my ¼” drive stuff; ratchet, sockets and 1/4” accessories. Good buy since it is almost impossible to get a quality plastic molded box. This will last longer than those will anyway. I would buy again

These small toolboxes are great for so many things and built like a tank. Their great for putting little things like your pins patches stickers stuff you collect. Also great for small tools such as specialty things like taps and gauges. They're nice to use if you have a couple and have them on a table, they stack so you can have more than one project you're working on at the time in said area such as sewing or spinning vinyl on your turntable. In my personal experience you won't be able to just have one after you fall in love. Then again, I could be wrong. Would also make a nice gift to a friend or family member.

I go surfing and bring a couple of protein bars for some energy before going out. They would get bent or broken sometimes while in my pack or in the van. I have a bigger Trusco box for my stash and love it. So I got the idea to get this one to protect my snack bars. It fits 2 bars perfectly and keeps them from any harm that may befall them. I suspect that they would survive an enemy missile strike in this sturdy Trusco box made in Japan. Heavy and well made.

This is the larger model T-19 which I opted to buy instead of the smaller T-15 model. Inside dimensions 7 1/2” x 3 5/8” x 1”, material is thicker than the average metal pencil case and the hinge is very sturdy. I was previously using an old metal DVD case but got tired of misplacing its lid.

I bought this metallic box to store my fountain pens and I have to say it's a very nice product. The box is pretty, with a matte light gray finish and a smooth texture. It's also useful, as it protects my pens from dust and scratches. The box is sturdy, too, and it feels solid and durable. The only downside is that it's a little too small for my collection. I can fit about 10 pens inside, but I have more than that and if like to also use it for my most used ink bottles. I wish they made a bigger version of this box, or at least offered different sizes to choose from. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase, but I hope they improve the design in the future.

These are the best toolboxes made from quality steel. They are built to last for life and they have that quality where they just feel nice to use. They have a timeless style like they could be 100 years old or brand new, plus the blue boxes are just really unique and pretty. They remind me of my grandpa even though I never saw him with a toolbox like this. These particular boxes and the taller variant are able to stack securely. They come in a few colors if you want to recognize the contents by color, but blue is obviously the best. I use them for hole saw drill bits, jig saw blades, pilot hole drill bits, razor blades, and other odd size things that need a case. You could spend the same money on a generic hard plastic case (of which the clasp will inevitably break off) or you could get this awesome tool box that you will still have in 50 years.
