  • Soft
Size: X-Large Color: Navy
It is soft, breathable light material. It fits okay. The V neck is not too deep. Good shirt, I'd buy it again.

  • Very nice shirts
I love the shirts, only thing is order a size smaller. I’m 6ft and 220lbs and the shirts are loose. Ordered a smaller size to try out next. Otherwise very soft and love the feel.

  • Does what it says on the tin
Size: Medium Color: Charcoal Heather Gray
This shirt delivers what the ads claim. Mainly, the cut is a "box" cut in that it hangs mostly straight down from the shoulder instead of typical shirts with a "teepee" or traffic cone cut that continue expanding outward throughout the length. At 5'11" 185, average build, muscular chest and little extra in the middle, the medium fit well and is my normal t-shirt size. I washed it cold and dried on low heat with my polyester clothes. If I forget the dryer setting and cook it, it might end up too small but it seems like a large would be too roomy unless I purposely shrank it. Material is polyester and cotton blend and is comfortable and seems decently durable for being soft. The V neck is pronounced enough to get the shirt off my neck but not so much so that it's "Night at the Roxbury". Along with this shirt, I tried one from brand H2H, also in medium. My goal was for a Vneck undershirt that could be worn by itself also. The True Classic is more comfortable by itself due to slightly more room but the other one is a better fit as an undershirt in this size. In the true classic, I didn't feel the need to flex my abs to not feel like my stomach was "printing" in the shirt. Guys who are more slight or more fit mighy prefer that brand as it fits basically the same and similar quality just a little bit smaller. Of course, I could probably shrink this shirt some more, but I'd prefer to leave well enough alone as I don't want to find out I went too hot and ruined it. Most guys will probably appreciate True Classic t-shirt in their normal shirt size (your mileage may vary based on your laundry routine!). If I was going to try one of their polos, I'd probably start with a large and see how much it shrinks. Since I was looking for for a shirt that would work as a Vneck undershirt and prefer my t-shirts less baggy anyway, if this shrinks some it will probably be fine, but after one wash and dry it fits comfortably in my normal size. The 4 star rating is minus 1 star for the value. I'd be more likely to buy more shirts if they'd just offer a better price instead of bombarding with marketing for 50 pack bundles. ... show more

  • Another clothing company with inconstant sizing between colors
Size: Medium Color: Heather Military Green
I ordered a medium V neck in green and it fit perfectly. Form fitting but not too tight. I then ordered the exact same shirt -- medium - in light and dark grey and put them in my closet. I assumed they were the same size. When I put them on I look like I'm all set for the Tour d'France. Aerodynamic but way too tight. I've noticed this trend with a lot of modern clothing manufacturers. Totally inconsistent sizing between the same product leading to poor customer experience. You'd think a successful company would at least have a medium sized dude in the office who could try on all three colors to make sure they fit. ... show more

  • An average, regular t-shirt
Size: Medium Color: Charcoal Heather Gray
The t-shirt is advertised as flattering but the fit is really about the same as most men's t-shirts out there. 5'11 165, size M: I ran into the same issue as the shirts that come out of a 5 pack at Costco - too loose around the midsection, not tight enough around the chest. The sleeves do go a bit tighter around the arms than usual, which is nice. Length on M is correct for my height. The quality of the shirt is nice, it feels very soft to wear, and the fact that it's tagless is nice. I washed it to check the shrink - not enough to address any of the above issues but it did shrink ever so slightly. I bought a single of this shirt to test it before getting a multi-pack, and based on the above comments, I'm not unhappy enough with the shirt to return it but I won't buy any more. It's just a regular, run of the mill t-shirt I went and paid $24 for. ... show more

  • Great tees
Size: X-Large Color: 6 Pack Staple
Saw these advertised on Instagram, and they are a great purchase. A bit on the pricey side for a simple t-shirt, but the fabric and fit are terrific. It was nice to find the v-neck option.

  • Don't get fooled by their commercials
Size: XX-Large Color: Black
I love their commercials they are funny and smart, but now that I bought their product for the first time, I can see through the lies. I normally buy H&M t-shirts for $6 per shirt, but they were sold out, so I came across the True Classic shirts on Amazon instead, and thought I give them a try for $30. Their commercials say that they fit particularly well, and that they are slimming, so my expectations were a bit raised. To my surprise, I have to say that the cut is particularly bad compared to my "cheap" H&M t-shirts, so the opposite of my expectations. The True Classic is a bit bulky around the mid section, which makes me look like a fat old couch potato, and not the amazing stud they promise in their ads, I look a million times better in my H&M shirt. The fabric feels soft and nice, but very thin, almost see-through, it is a bit shiny and cheap looking, which also adds to the fat man look. The color is bad too, it is not real black but rather a very dark grey, so it doesn't match with my black blazers, jackets, and hoodies. All in all a very disappointing product, I'd say not "True" but rather "False Classic" don't buy the hype. ... show more
