Fairly easy to install. Hardest part is removing the window crank clip. Appears to be well built even though it's all plastic. Perfect fit for my 2002 Tacoma. This is the second time I've had to replace the driver's side door handle. We will see how long this one lasts.

Replaced the original handle which cracked after 28 years of use with this one because an original handle from Toyota would have cost almost 10x as much! The part fit perfectly and to the casual observer looks exactly the same as the original part.

This is the second time I've replaced this handle, hoping we did it better this time so it doesn't break again. The last time we replaced it, the handle was still very stiff and hard to pull on so it did eventually break again. With this handle, it opens easily so hoping it will last longer. And I have the drivers side too since I bought the set so if it breaks, I'll use the other for it. ... show more

They feel cheap and the handle flexes a lot when lifting the handle. I bought the same brand for my Silverado and just broke 6 months later. At least with the Tacoma it's an easy job. Took about 20 minutes to install
