The TRQ video was well shot, showed the right amount of detail and allowed me to assess whether this was within my skill set. Plastic parts, panels, fasteners in modern cars have been a bane to me but I was able to see the interior of the panels, where the fasteners were located and where to apply pressure (I always feel like I am going to break these parts). The part was well made and worked when plugged in first time. One mod I made to shorten the time needed. I did not completely remove the door panel. I took off all the fasteners and screws but only lifted the front half off. This allowed access to the mirror electric multiconnector/fastener. I was able to reach in and remove it, replace it with the new one and close up the door panel. I did not have to remove the other two door panel connectors, reassemble them, or reattach the entire inner window guide. I only lifted up the front (hinge side of the panel) so the inner window guide was still half attached and was easy to replace and close up. If I had any questions on alignment, there was the other side door I could refer to. ... show more

    • Works so far. Reverse tilt goes down too far.
The install was easy and the mirror works like the old one did with the exception of the reverse tilt goes down way too far and it cannot be Adjusted. I just had to turn the reverse tilt off on my truck because it was so annoying. It is a little bit noisier than the old one but it's not a deal breaker. Is easy to install by following a YouTube video online. Quality and finish looks exactly like my stock mirror. Happy with the product. Make sure you reset your preset seat/mirror setting and the easy exit settings as well. When using the auto tilt in reverse, mirror tilts down much further than stock.     • Great Product, Minor Memory Issue
The product itself is great, and the installation video is exceptional — it makes setup simple enough for almost anyone. Overall, I’m very satisfied with it. The only reason I didn’t give five stars may be related to my vehicle or equipment, but the mirror memory doesn’t seem to lock in properly. When I shift into reverse, the mirror tilt goes all the way down, and even after setting the memory three or four times, it still doesn’t hold consistently. Sometimes it resets when I turn the truck off and get out. I’m not completely sure whether this is an issue with the product or my vehicle, since my original factory mirror never behaved that way. That said, I’d still buy this again if I needed another replacement — it’s a solid product overall. ... show more

    • it is definitely NOT AN OEM replacement! I will not purchase from this vendor again.
I ordered this mirror, followed an informative video on installation and installed it a couple of weeks after purchase. I tried for several weeks to get it programmed correctly, then took it to my mechanic. In the meantime, the mirror started to send various codes to my computer and nearly burned up the interior mirror and seat module. The return window ended on 8/26/25, so I'm stuck with a mirror that had to be replaced by Manufacturer mirror. ... show more

Hello , I recently purchased a driver side mirror replacement for my 2018 GMC Seirra 1500 SLT. Overall functionality is good but I am unset of the fact the memory setting function doesn’t seem to be working I did go online to watch a YouTube video you guys have for my specific truck. Followed the steps and double checked all wiring connections. It seems to be a product issue. I specifically choose this product number one it showed all the functionality my truck year and model would need. And number 2 it was the more expensive option but I thought it be that much better quality. Also to note I don’t think it’s normal for the mirror to sag a little more than the passenger side. As you can see in the video and photos of the newly installed mirror on the driver side than the one existing passenger side mirror. Overall product came well packaged and install was easy smooth.
