These TRQ lower control arms and ball joints are great. They fit perfectly onto 2005 Toyota Matrix AWD and will work on the FWD models. The TRQ installation video was spot on and showed exactly how to install these. I recommend purchasing control arm bolts and nuts from Toyota when replacing these control arms as the old ones will be worn out and rusty. This product was the right price and fit perfectly. It would be better if they would include new bolts however I used the old ones since they were not corroded or damaged during disassembly. Besides replacement bolts this kit does not include the front lower forward suspension ball joint. So you should buy them separate. If your front suspension makes a "crunching sound" as you stop and make a turn the lower suspension is likely your problem. The attached picture shows what the rubber bushing looks like on the old suspension after 100K miles that causes that sound. ... show more
