    • Will not lock!
It would have been a pretty handy device except for a couple of things. One is the space inside is way too small and the device doesn’t lay flat….which is stupid. Secondly it will not lock!! No matter what I do and try it will not lock consistently. Waste of money

Upgraded to 2-stars purely because of the company's evential response to my email. They stand behind their products, but the thing definitely has issues. My wife got me one of these for Christmas, I put a set of keys in it because that's all the thing can hold. It stopped working, the troubleshooting was next to worthless and I needed the keys. It took me 10 seconds with an alligator clip (what I had in my desk) to pry this POS right open and off the hinges. Save your money, a $50 cut proof bag with a zipper lock on it is more secure and would take longer to get into. ... show more

I bought this to store some of my prescription medication, but have also found it great for cash and my car key. It’s easy to set up and use. It’s also very inconspicuous. I keep it on my desk, so it looks like a battery pack. It’s also great to travel with if you want to leave valuables in your hotel. I was excited to get his product to keep some valuables safe and out of the wrong hands. It's quite small inside, so you can't put too much inside. Initially it worked well, it was easy to set-up and start using. I experienced poor battery life and it was very finicky to get to connect and open. I would have to reset it almost every time to get it to connect and open. I contacted the company and they responded promptly, and they took quick action to remedy the situation. ... show more

    • Small and nifty private storage... but you are stuck if your phone is no where in sight.
This is a rather pricey storage case. It looks and feels great. Though I would have preferred a flat surface and not a curved one. It has a USB-C charging port and that's it. No lock, no panel...nothing... reminds me of those flat magician boxes that all of a sudden a coin was found hidden inside three pouches in the box. It opens with an app.. it was fairly easy to set up the app and it worked great. The app tells you the battery level and it worked just fine. So, what happens if you leave your phone somewhere or it gets lost or stolen? Nor a thing... this box will NOT open. You need your phone. There is no key, no magic wave, nothing you can do to open it. That concerns me. If you obviously are going to store things of value you need to have a backup in case something happens to the phone. From what I can tell and from searching the website, there is none. Also, the location feature... you're suppose to be able to find the last location (based on your phone location when last in contact by bluetooth) needs a lot work. It was totally unreliable and most of the time the map was non existent. Don't hold your breathe if you think you can find this box with that feature. It's nice. Looks pricey (it is). Works well (except for the location feature). But if your phone acts up, well, you're out of luck. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. As the pro is shaped so the bottom is not flat, it won't sit flat on a table or really any surface. It's like the design flies got mixed up and they got their shipment in and said welp I guess we'll use this inventory an say doesn't it look cool? Imagine purchasing the pro version and finding out it doesn't sit on a surface flat or without wobble. Pretty expensive cannabis holder. ... show more
