The media could not be loaded. Machine arrived in perfect condition. So far has exceeded my expectations. It's is easy to assemble. I had it up and running within 1 hour. This is my first fiber machine. I have the 50 watt and it hasn't disappointed me yet I use light burn on my other CO2 lasers I found the software easyto transition to. Quality is first rate.
