We have 2 Tripp trapp chairs for each of our young children, and I love them! It is a little tricky to get baby in and out of the baby seat, but with a little practice it’s no problem! And I MUCH prefer the Tripp trapp to our traditional high chair. It’s far easier to clean, takes up way less space, and makes it so much easier to sit down and eat at the table with 2 kids under 2 years old. They can sit right up at the table along with us, and I’m able to help them when they need me, while also getting to enjoy my own meal. And I just love that the chair grows with the child, making them comfortable until they’re tall enough to sit in a real chair.

Received today and assembled, only to find that one of the cross bars was defective. The hole for the screw was too shallow so the bar isn't flush with the side. I contacted customer service and was instructed to submit a request for part replacement. I'll see if that comes reasonably otherwise will return. Pretty disappointed in a pricey product having such a flaw. Contacted company and they sent two replacement bars. I'm glad they stood by their product, it otherwise seems solid. I had to out my son's booster seat on it, he's still a but too wiggly for no straps.

I guess for the price, I'm kinda disappointed. Yeah, it's unique, and grows with the child, but my son-in-law who is VERY handy had such a difficult time adjusting the straps! For me, it's an odd looking piece, basically made out of painted wood, and yes, the finish and red color are nice, but for $300? I wouldn't buy it again. It was at the top of my daughter's list, so I bought it. It's what they wanted. I gave it a 3 on Ease to assemble because they had to spend SO much time getting the straps right.

Initially the chair was a little wobbly but after going to the website for more building instructions, it stood perfectly. Love the design and color it’s just too bad that they sell you all the add ons (tray, seat cushion etc) for baby at such a high price. The tray is definitely not worth the price, it’s tiny and I thought we’d be able to use it to do other activities.
