I researched for a plant stand that had an open concept. This stand is heavy but easy to assemble. It will not tip over! Well constructed so the pieces fit well together for assembly. I bought my grow lights separate. I didn’t like the styrofoam mess with the packaging but from a business point of view it was the best way for my plant stand to arrive unharmed. It is beautiful and the perfect size for 5-7 inch pots. I just wish they were sturdier. Need to put more weights on the bottom to keep it stable.

Of course it comes with assembly required. So, grab a drink, roll your sleeves up, turn on some music and get to work! It comes with the tools you’ll need to assemble it and an instruction manual. The pieces are labeled, so it’s all fairly easy to put together. Well worth it!

The large screw holes visible from the top of each board are a better option over the “cover up stickers” that don’t even match the material or color. I’m concerned about sturdiness, it’s very light and moves easily from any touch. Don’t care for the wood look they chose for this, I couldn’t tell from pics that’s what it was or I wouldn’t have gotten it, it looks kind of cheap & tacky up close. Overall I still like it, using larger than planned planters to cover the screw holes. ... show more

1) unstable but a decorated ( I painted it) with about 10-15 lbs of sand between the bottom legs and that's taken care of, otherwise it is perfect for my plants ( and I have a few)
