Let's start at the beginning, packaging, NICE! Well secured on outside and impressive on inside, nice job. Easy to put together, whole process of unboxing and putting together was a breeze, did it myself in about 20 - 30 mins. Took my time and followed instructions, a big thank you for the screw driver, it is a nice one. I use my bookshelf in the kitchen for all my gadgets. It is very sturdy and far from being cheap. It assembled fairly easily. The destination was second floor, so I opened the box and got everything upstairs in 3 trips (no big deal). Two people or a strong young buck could have easily carried it up the stairs. The box was a little beat up, and dirty, but no internal damage. The contents seemed to have been packaged securely. No missing pieces, shelves clearly marked except for the top shelf, but it was obvious where it went. It's a little wobbly until everything is tightened. It is a bit heavy after assembly, so may take two people to move it around especially for elderly. ... show more
