I’ve been looking for a quality zip-up hoodie that is as thick as the sweatshirts of the past (not the thin, wimpy ones I often see nowadays) and roomy enough to layer, but still flattering! For someone my size (5’3” & 115 lbs.) the popular “oversized” hoodies look frumpy and very unflattering. But because of someone else’s review (thank you!) I tried THIS hoodie in a size small and turns out it fits perfect! The body length goes to mid-butt like I like (I hate the short, boxy look of some tops these days), the sleeve length is not too short or too long, and the width has more of a straight cut rather than a wide/roomy cut - so it’s flattering on a woman’s figure. The hood actually covers your head with a little to spare so there’s no tugging on the back seam. And the fabric is high-quality, dense, and just the right thickness for a legit sweatshirt. It kept me warm while at the coast in November with just one layer underneath. The pockets are deep enough to keep your smart phone in with no fear of falling out. It has those thumb cut-outs which I kinda like and no draw-string for the hood which I’m fine with because the zipper goes all the way up to your chin. When you have it zipped down partially it gives the jacket a classy lapel look. Overall I LOVE this hoodie. So glad I found it after searching for a looong time!

I am 5'8 about 180 lbs, the XL was nice and roomy and the arms fit great! Normally I have a problem with sleeves being too short, and was worried by other reviews. My guess is, it's slender tall people who run into problems with these hoodies. I could have sized down to a Large I think, for a more fitted and flattering look. I got this on sale though and don't have a lot of spending money, and I am too happy with my XL to try to exchange it. Mine is thicker than an average hoodie, super warm and cozy! I am so pleased with the quality! However, I think many of the negative reviews may be due to a poor QA/QC process. I ordered two of these in different colors (both XL). One fit like a dream! And the other was cut/sewn improperly; the neckline was so huge it fit almost like an off-the-shoulder style shirt. Given the price point I figure this is to be expected. At least Amazon has a super easy returns/exchange process! So definitely worth the gamble because the good ones are ohhhh so good!

I LOVE my Lululemon Scuba (size ten) but at that price, it's not very affordable. I wanted another color and I hit the jackpot with this dupe. I typically wear a Men's tshirt size medium. Women's clothes- I range from small to large depending on the brand. Bra size is 36D. I'm 5'2 and 160 lbs. Going off other reviews, I bought the size medium in this and I'm glad I did. It's form fitting but not to to point that I can't breathe. The arms are the only thing that is "off". Just a smidge too short. But not to the point that I can't use the thumb holes. I will purchase more of these. At this price. you can't go wrong. What are you waiting for? BUY IT!

This zip up hoodie is a pretty good lulu dupe. Not quite as flattering as the original, but it’s a fraction of the cost. The material is very similar. Nice and thick. If you have long arms, the thumb holes will be a bit short but overall, the arm length is great. I haven’t washed it yet, I’m hoping it doesn’t shrink. I’m 5‘8“, 125lbs and I ordered a small and it fits me well, looser than the original. In the pictures, the dark blue is the original, and the light blue is this item. The laundering directions made me laugh… I included a picture.

I can honestly say this runs big. I love Lulu’s Scuba full zip, but their black fabric looks too faded for the price. THIS one, I only looked at for a moment, tried it on to see that it was too big then packed it back up and returned same day. I WILL say that it felt like a similar weight and the hood looked exactly the same. For reference, I’m in between a 6 and an 8 in the true Scuba hoodie, so I got a Medium in this one, which is what Amazon suggested. (I’m also 148 lbs and a 36D.) It was too big, even over a long sleeve shirt. The Small will be here tomorrow, so I’m looking forward to seeing how that one fits.

I'm so in love with this hoodie that I have it in three colors and I'll probably buy more! It's a great weight. Much thicker than I expected, and very warm. The thickness gives it good structure too, which is flattering. I'm so tired of all the short, wide, boxy sweatshirts - this is the opposite of that! Long and slimming for something so thick and warm. Love the thumb holes, and the zipper goes up high, like to my chin! This gives it a high quality more expensive look. I'd say true to size, and not the oversized look that is everywhere. I'm 5'2" about 123 lbs and the small is great. Its maybe slightly big, and I would definitely try an xsmall if it was available, but it's not overly big or sloppy so even if xs was available, I might still keep the small. I prefer a more fitted hoodie, I don't think my proportions carry the oversize look well. So this is fitted enough, while still being comfy and cozy with room to layer underneath. If you want extra room, size up, and it still won't be boxy, which I appreciate! I have black, Light gray, and a taupe color. If I see a sale I'm going to grab the olive/army green one.

I was so in love with the sweatshirt hoodie was perfect thumb holes were awesome. It was good quality material and then I washed it. The material shrunk so unevenly that’s all rippled and weird around the zipper and it is legitimately 4 to 5 inches shorter than what it began at, I am so sad and so very disappointed and the sad thing is is that I recommended the sweatshirt to three different people even sent them a link and now I told him to cancel it because it shrinks so fast it’s not even wearable now. So sad
