Love these hoodies!! I’m 5’7” and 155 snd I’ll choose the XL every time for comfort and a slightly looser fit. If you know a popular L brand, this competes! I find the fabric quality and thickness to be on par with that other company. Be careful when washing period. Wash cold and hang to dry to avoid shrinking and retain color. Also helps if you wash with like colors. I purchased this hoodie in black, white, and khaki and my girls steal them all the time!! Clearly worth the purchase.
