An excellent little bundle of treasure, perfect for decking out your pirate ships’ storage areas. There’s really quite a lot of treasure, far more than the 4 included chests can hold. On their own, a mere half of the included gems is enough to fill all the chests. Your minifigures certainly won’t be hurting for loot with this package. Brick quality seems pretty excellent, and the paint jobs are similarly so. I like that the chests are the dark brown wood kind and not the newer light brown lego ones that seem to be appearing more often. The gold bars also have colors that match as closely as I can tell with actual gold. Shipping was pretty quick; got here faster than I expected. My one complaint is that one of the chests had a “scar” in the paint on the front straight out of the box (picture included). From a personal standpoint, I actually like it and feel like it adds character. From an objective reviewer standpoint however in regards to quality, even that much damage is no good at all, and the product does lose a star from me for that reason alone. ... show more

We loved this set! The pieces came in a box and were sealed in a plastic clear bag. Everything was as described. It was a great variety of items and colors. (So I didn’t just receive purple gems but a wide range of colors.) We are buying a second! I would definitely recommend buying this! This set is one of my 10 year old son’s favorite sets. He likes that it comes with multiple treasure chests. He of course uses it to hold treasure but also uses it as a picnic basket and uses his food accessories set. This also goes well with the weapons set and can have a bank heist. Keep in mind when buying this- the pieces do NOT have the lego logo printed on the pieces. I personally don’t care for that but i know some people would care. Other than that I am happy with the purchase
