I bought 3 of these terrible products. First thing you need to know about this company’s products is that the odds are against you to even receive a battery that works. 2 of the 3 I’ve bought were dead right out of the box. Second thing you need to know is that if you try and get a refund for the faulty product you spent $90 on is that you have to submit your refund within 2 weeks of receiving it or it’s “not eligible “ and your stuck with an expensive pos that could potentially burn your house down if you don’t store it in an airtight bunker. 3rd thing you need to know about this company and their products is that if their batteries work when you get it, don’t hold your breath. Your batteries WILL fail to recharge no matter how you charge/store/operate and because of this you will be out all money spent. Now I can speak about my last experience with this company. I made the mistake of buying a Traxxis RC car for my son for Christmas. I bought these batteries because they are the only ones compatible with the RC car. 2/3 were dead and wouldn’t charge. I missed the eligible refund date by a day and now have $180 of garbage batteries that I can’t even throw away due to how they are manufactured. My last battery I bought a last ditch attempt to see if this company can stand up to their claims. The battery was completely dead again. I processed the refund in the window available but came across issues with printing their shipping labels. My only option to complete the refund was to use their option to email myself the shipping labels print them out and the attach them to their respective spot. This option does not come with tracking. Though I payed for shipping and even have a communication line displayed back in February this company could care less and were not able to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Updated 5/09/2025 I change nothing about this review as I am still incredibly disappointed in this company as I have receive many more products that are manipulated and broken by someone else, and sold to me as “brand new” products. Quite literally one of the worst companies to exist. The only thing I can say good about Traxxas is they had a good idea. But nobody there knows how to run a business. ... show more

Defective battery, worked once then the entire battery swelled up. Very dangerous to have in the home. Paid nearly $100 very disappointed.

Absolutely do not buy from this seller. The batteries don’t work, they expect you to work with the manufacturer to resolve their product issues, then still charge you full price to “restock” them if you return. I am out $180 and have no batteries at all to even work with the manufacturer on.
