    • If you don't own a Traxxas iD charger, buyer beware!!!
With this set of packs I was introduced to the "need" for a Traxxas iD charger due to the proprietary combo charging/balancing plug employed. I already own a very high-end computerized charging system that I am perfectly happy with so will NOT be forced into buying into this new system! Even buying adapter plugs that supposedly allow me to charge these packs on my normal system with separate balancing pigtails didn't alleviate the issue as I get a "cell volume err" anytime I try balance charge! Never again, and shame on Traxxas for attempting to strong-arm customers into buying additional charging equipment! Maybe if it's first-time buyers, but THEN they are stuck with using on Traxxas brand packs! ... show more
