Fantastic purse. Fits a lot of items, but does not feel intrusively large. I took it on a trip to Charleston, South Carolina, where I needed to carry everything for a 12+ hour day of sightseeing. I like the material, it can easily be wiped off. My only critique is that the metal hardware on the strap is uncomfortable against your skin. Maybe if there was a cover that slipped over it, it would be more comfortable. I did have to buy a 20 ounce reusable bottle to fit in the side pocket. My 24 ounce bottle seem to want to tip out. The strap does get uncomfortable, but keep in mind. I had it on for 12+ hours and I did load it down with a lot of items. I just changed shoulders I was keeping it on every few hours.

When we moved, the movers lost some of our luggage. Unfortunately, one of the items lost was my old Travelon backpack purse that served me very well. I have replaced it with this bag. It seems to be a good replacement, and smaller than my other one. I find I don't carry as much as I used to and this fits a petite person really well and isn't overwhelming in size. It says it comes with a light, but mine did not. That wasn't the main reason I bought it, so I'll live.

The quality seemed high and I liked the charcoal color (kind of a gray/green) but it was not big enough for what I was looking for. It's smaller than an 8.5x11 in piece of paper. I would use either something small like a fanny pack or something bigger like a backpack

I like it. It seems to be well constructed with good closures. I am very pleased with the security features, especially the RFID and anti cutting strap. Not too heavy for the size and nice compartment to store various sized and shaped items. This bag is shaped to be worn most efficiently with the strap on the opposite side of the head from the bag for security purposes. The bag can then be under your arm or slightly in front of the arm or centered. The height adjustment is liberal enough so that individuals of various height will be comfortable with whatever length feels best to them. To me this bag will carry my passport, drivers license, cash, credit cards,meds, iPad and phone. There will be room to carry my noise canceling headphones when going on a flight along with the usual power pack, chargers and cables. I wear this personal item bag along with a authorized carry on sized pack. This to me is perfect so that my hands are free all the time in case something happens. No need to dig around when at my assigned seat delaying other passengers and myself. If the overhead is filled the pack goes under the seat in front and I still have my needed stuff in this bag.

I was amazed at how much I can put in this. It has multi key compartments for organizing. It is styled somewhat like a back pack only as a small purse. Made well. Very happy with it .

This bag was great for my European trip as far as it had all the features I was looking for as far as a water bottle holder, a front pocket to carry my traveling stuffed pig in (yes, you read that right; he's well-traveled), back zippered pocket (against my body) for my phone and was large enough to carry my travel guides, glasses, tissues, lip balm, Advil, hand sanitizer, etc. I spent a lot of time looking for the PERFECT theft-proof bag prior to my trip. It features latching zippers and slash-proof strap and sides. I did think, "If I was a thief, I would practice these zippers all day." Well, it turns out that I was right on that point: the latches don't slow down a thief at all. We were informed, prepared and cautious, but my sister was still pick-pocketed on the Rome metro. The thief had had no problem unlatching her purse (also a Travelon brand bag) and getting her credit card and cash. She took her hand off of the purse to hold onto our 75-year-old mother, so she wouldn't get pushed down in the crush. The only way to protect yourself is to put all your valuables in a neck or waist belt stuffed in your pants. Maybe the bag would be beneficial in countries where slashing is a real issue, but for pickpocketing, it won't stop them. In fact, the bags clearly mark you as a tourist as they are obviously "anti-theft bags." The bags are on the heavy side too from the extra mesh. If I am blessed to go to Europe again, I will carry a lighter regular bag that I love and put anything I don't want to be stolen in my pants! Pros: good pockets for organizing; large pocket on the backside for phone, metal for protecting against slashing; two side pockets that can be used for water bottles or small umbrella. Cons: screams "I'm a tourist! Target me!;" strap is not very comfortable (thin in width and can feel metal cables); heavy; latches do not slow down pickpockets. I struggle with how to rate the bag. It's a well-organized bag, but fails on its primary purpose.

I bought this bag for a trip to Italy and Greece after having purchased and returned several that just didn't seem to be as travel friendly as they were advertised to be. This bag was excellent! It held everything I needed for each days itinerary. The side pocket holds a nice sized water bottle. There in a zippered pocket on the inside/next to your body which felt secure next to me and was excellent for items I wanted to reach for frequently like my phone that I used for its camera function or my small travel camera as I carried both. The interior looks small but if you're an efficient organizer, can really carry quite a bit. I had my reading book, a small first aide/medicine pack, charger/adaptor, wallet/money/IDs, misc stuff like tissues, etc... I loved the secured zipper feature and did not find them difficult at all to latch or unlatch. The bag with its RFID blocker, latching zippers and no-cut shoulder strap gave me peace of mind in the crowded streets. It wasn't bulky, it never felt heavy, and I now use it at home for my daily purse because I enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended purchase.
