Brushes will do, for the price you get what’s expected. They are small as they are travel brushes but they get the job done. The case has a snap button and I would have preferred a zippered bag.

I don't wear makeup everyday, and sometimes it's just a quick foundation and mascara type of day. But whether it's a full faced makeup day with blending and contouring, these brushes will do the trick! I have NEVER felt brushes that are so soft! I used the foundation brush to apply my powder foundation and it went on without issue. The shorter handle to it make application easier as well than some of the longer brush handles. The eyeshadow brush was equally as soft and blended shades well. The only brush that I was too keen on was the eyebrow brush. I would've liked to have had something a little more coarse maybe for applying the creamier eyebrow fillers. If you're just using an eyeshadow to fill in the brow however it should work just fine. The carrying/storage case is stylish and cute and they also come with brush holders/nets to keep the bristles from getting messed up. These brushes will be in normal rotation for my face.

I recieved the travel makeup brushes undamaged in it's reusable storage bag. All 5 brushes wer accounted for and each of the brushes were protected in it's own plastic sleeve. I needed a nice set of travel makeup brushes and when I received these I was pleasantly surprised! The brushes are very soft and feel like quality. The set also came with an unopened package of nets to use and protect the brushes during travel. The storage bag is also very nice and can snap close. I may even use these brushes as everyday brushes rather than just for travel since I'm doing less travel these days. Overall, I am very happy with this set. The price is pretty steep (around $26), but they're quality brushes. This could also make a great gift set!

This set of makeup brushes will be great for traveling. I like how the handles are much shorter than regular brushes and 2 of them are duel ended. These will save more space when I travel! Not only are they a good size, the quality of the brushes seems nice too. The bristles are soft and the purpose of each brush is labeled on each handle. I do wish the case was smaller. It’s thin, but a little long for the brushes, making it not as compact. However, the quality of the case seems pretty good.

• Would I get it again or recommend it to others: -Maybe, for the face brushes as they are excellent and I really like them for the softness, density and quality. They remind me of the softness of good goat bristle brushes (but these are synthetic). -But, the eye shadow brush and case were not as good or useful as expected. You'll need another eye brush and the carrying case doesn’t allow for upright storage and has no brush bands to secure the brushes. It’s a bit undersized for the brushes. •Impressions: -The eye shadow brush are not very good for all over application and undersized. -You'll need another eye brush vs just this one. It doesn't do well for overall application, just detail and crease application. It's too short and not dense enough and undersized vs a normal eye shadow brush. -The crease and detail end works well, but the traditional eye shadow brush end (it's a dual ended brush) does not work well at all due to it being undersized. If you've seen undersized brushes in palettes, it's much like those, too small to use. -The case is very nice and high quality, but it has issues. The brushes can not be placed upright as the flap area will push down on them and the bristles due to it not being tall enough. There are no brush loops or holders in the case. You will have to store the brushes stacked on their sides horizontally vs upright. -For the face brushes, if you like very soft, dense brushes (much like goat hair, but these are synthetic) the three face brushes (foundation, powder, blush) are excellent-very soft and dense and well made. • Style, brand and version: -Brand: SIXPLUS -Style: Travel Makeup Brushes Set with Case • Included: -Brush roll covers -Instructions with the brush types and style -carrying case (note that it has no brush bands and brushes can not be stored vertically, only horizontally) -5 brushes: -1 foundation brush -1 powder brush -1 blush brush (could also be used for highlighter, contour) -1 dual ended brow and thick (not thin) liner brush -1 dual ended eye brush (crease brush and undersized eye-shadow brush) • Size: -The brush handles are a bit shorter than normal brushes. Not quite mini sized but shorter, though the powder brush is quite short almost like a long kabuki brush. -The powder, blush, foundation, brow and eye liner brushes are full sized on the brush size and shape. -The eye crease brush is on the smaller size, but the eye-shadow brush is too small, hard and undersized. • Quality, value, presentation and how well it works and functions: -The quality of the brushes, bristles, handles and case is excellent. -The value is fairly good, but you probably will want to add an additional eye brush as this one is undersized. -The presentation in nice in an attractive outer carton. -The function of all the brushes (except for the eye shadow one that's undersized) works very well. -They work well for foundation, powder, blush (or contour, highlighter or bronzer) eye brow gel or grooming, a thick (flat) liner brush and eye crease brush. -However the eye shadow brush is too stiff, small and undersized. I'd use it as a smudge brush vs shadow brush, it doesn't do well applying shadow. • Scent: -Has no unpleasant scent to it, is safe for those sensitive to scents. No scent on the pouch or the brushes. • Pros: -Good value for the quality and quantity-even with the limitations on the eye-shadow brush. -Has no unpleasant scent to it. -Soft, dense synthetic bristles on the face brushes. They remind me of a synthetic version of super soft goat hair bristles (but they are synthetic). -Nice travel case (but it has some limitations) -Brush guard covers are included -Instructions are included for the brush types and uses -The eye brushes are dual ended -Sturdy, attractive handles that are well made • Cons: -The eye brush meant for eye-shadow application does not work well. The crease brush end (it's dual ended) is smaller but works well. The eye brush is too stiff, small to work well for eye-shadow application. I would not use it for that but as a smudge brush for eyeliner or shadow smudging. -The storage and carrying pouch is very nice, but it has issues. There are no brush bands and you can not store the brushes upright (the pouch will sit on the bristles, it's not tall enough to do this). You must store the bristles laying down in the pouch horizontally. I don't like to store my brushes like that. I want them vertical or in a brush roll not squished together in the pouch (even with the brush roll covers). • Tips & Thoughts for Use: -You'll need to add another, better eye-shadow brush with this kit. The crease brush is nice, but the eye-shadow end is too small, stiff and undersized. It doesn't work well for eye-shadow application, but better as a smudge brush. -The eyeliner brush is thicker vs thinner. More for a thick gel liner.

I like how small and compact the case it came with is. The brushes feel good quality and not so cheap and plasticity. I do wish there was more of a variety and some of the bristles on the brushes are shaped weirdly or not as harsh and precise as I would like them. They are all fluffy so you wont get much out of different makeup application styles you would want.

Love the color of the brushes and the carry case they come in. Having a mini set to travel with means less bag space. They utilize the brushes well by double ending and these are soft and bristles stay in. Very giftable and don’t look cheap.
