This is a lovely bedspread - very pretty pattern, well made, generous size on my queen size bed. It even washes and dries well. The down side is that it is quite lightweight, which is problematic if you live in the north (we live in central Ohio). It really does not offer much warmth at all. I loved the look of the spread, though, so I purchased a good cotton blanket to add to my other blankets and together they add enough warmth to keep me cozy on cold nights. The plus side to its light weight is that it will work better in the summer months than my old poufy spread. So overall I still consider it a good buy for the price. ... show more

The quilt is beautiful and bright. The queen was a little short for my high mattress so I ordered a king size that works perfect. King shams were to big for my queen pillows so I used the queen ones from the second ordered set. The floral colors are as pictured.
