It’s easy to apply and dries almost invisible. Doesn’t have smell and it dries fairly quickly. Good for small home repairs.

The product was easy to apply, brushing on easily with the provided brushes and gloves. It was also easy to layer several coats: the instructions were not clear, but I lightly sanded between coats. It does seem to seal the material and prevent water from penetrating, and it was complete transparent. The problem I had was that it remained slightly tacky, even months after applying. If you were putting it on your roof this might not matter so much, but I put it on a windowsill. Several months later the dirt and dust finally accumulated enough that it doesn't stick to things anymore. Because of this, I wouldn't put it on furniture or anything you might touch, or anyplace where a later of dust and dirt would be a problem.

I honestly didn’t expect this waterproof coating to work as well as it did! I used it to seal a small leak near my gutters and around a window frame, and the difference was noticeable right away. It goes on smoothly and dries clear, so you can’t even tell it’s there. After a few rainy days, everything stayed completely dry. I also like that it works indoors and outdoors, which makes it super practical. It’s easy to apply and gives real peace of mind. Definitely a great buy and worth every penny!

This must have been on the shelf for years. The base had settled and hardened to the point it couldn't even be broken up by hand (in one of the gloves provided). Buy this at your own risk.
