An interesting concept with good engineering, but some aspects remain problematic. Obviously the figure transforms into a NFL team helmet and the figure has two accessories a football and a wearable NFL helmet for the figure. Please understand that this is not wearable for a child or adult. The figureā€™s wearable NFL helmet accessory clamshells around the figureā€™s head, has an odd shape noticeably different to the figureā€™s helmet alt mode, and the figure can wear this helmet while in its alt mode. The paint is somewhat thin and scratches and scuffs easily, especially the team logo areas. The football accessory stores inside the chinstrap of the helmet alt mode. The transformation is fairly simple but somewhat fidgety. Essentially, the figureā€™s feet fold up against the shins while squatting down with the torso folding over the tops of the thighs. The head in its wearable helmet flips backwards.The figure has a turtle shell back which angles out to create the top crown of the alt mode helmet while the arms become the sides where the team logo resides. Most of the face mask and the entire chinstrap sections are removable and can be stored on the figureā€™s back in robot mode. The figureā€™s hands have pegs which can port into the football accessory. The figureā€™s shoulders are the temple portions of the face mask and must be slid inward to allow them to be turned, so watch for clearances. The chinstrap and front lower part of the face mask are held in place by small tabs. The helmet alt mode looks nice and is larger than NFL mini helmets. These figures have a clever character name, but the Chiefs figure has the weakest name, KC-59. The Packers figure is called Tundra Prime and the Steelers figure Steelsmash. An interesting display piece, but watch the paint, especially the logos. ... show more
