I bought a couple of shirts in purple to wear to my Grandkids soccer games. Their team color is purple. I’m on the larger size especially in the tummy area. This shirt fit perfectly and was very pretty and flattering to my particular figure. I normally wear a 2X but sized up to the 3X. It was a little roomy but the smaller size would have been too clingy and form fitting.

I love the look of this top. However, I read the comments and went with a larger size -- I should have stayed with the size I originally thought I should get. In MY opinion it is sized properly. I'll keep it though because I love the color and the lace inset neck. The fabric liner behind the lace is perfect and the lace does not scratch or irritate my sensitive skin. I was a little concerned about the instructions to hand wash, but after a quick rinse in the sink I verified that the purple dye is set and will not bleed. I tossed it in a mesh laundry bag and machine washed it in cool water with other like fabrics. I even let it go through the dryer in the same way. It was still a bit damp since it had been in the bag so I hung it up to finish drying before storing in my closet.

I LOVE this shirt. Fits just right! I bought a 2x, I typically wear a 1x, size 18 (42DD bra size) and it gives movement.. and it doesn't look like a maternity shirt. So many times these types of shirts do..but not this one!

For reference, I’m 5’3”, 180 lbs. When I bought my first one of these shirts, I was at least 20 lbs less, and it still fits great. This is the 5th shirt of this style and my favorite Amazon fashion find. I was so happy to find it in turquoise! The crochet detail elevates it above a regular tee. I wear cap sleeved tees under them for modesty, but it also changes the look by layering different colors. The tees have rounded necks - not high, but I think they make these tops cuter by emphasizing the detail more. What I really love is this is a flattering top. I have narrow shoulders, a large bust, and a large waist & stomach. I’m a pear growing an apple. 😆 I’ve had a lot of abdominal surgery, so I want to conceal my middle and keep things loose for comfort. This doesn’t fall off my shoulders or cling to my middle. It drapes and swings nicely, concealing what I want to hide.
