Because of carpel tunnel in both hands, it is somewhat painful trying to turn the wheel on my lawn tractor. I had ordered another brand but it was too large to clamp in my little tractor steering wheel, the diameter of which is slightly less than one inch (0.96"). This one clamps tightly and does not slip. I can now maneuver the mower like a "race car" making sharp turns quickly and with ease. I would highly recommend one of these for your lawn tractor. One other thing; when I checked the tire pressures I was surprised how low they were (less than 10 psi). My tractor tires should be 20 psi front and 15 psi rear. This helps make the steering easier. I must admit that the steering wheel knob made the biggest difference in steering ease. Like I said, almost like adding power steering! ... show more

I've had clip on knobs but this clamp on style one works great and very smooth. I put it on my tractor mower and it works flawlessly. I highly recommend this over the clip on style. My original idea was to use the clip on style so it would not damage the steering wheel padding. This one has a rubber strip just the right dimensions/thickness to protect the wheel padding and clamps securely. Very sturdy. ... show more

Works great on my Kubota tractor. It was easy to install, feels sturdy, and makes steering a lot easier, especially when making tight turns. The only reason for 4 stars is that it isn’t quite as smooth as I’d like, but overall it’s a good product and I’d buy it again.

When my husband first installed this steering wheel spinner knob, he gave it a test turn and immediately started grinning like a kid at Christmas. With repeated “Oh yeah, this is so nice,” and “Oh yeah, this is cool,” you’d think he just bolted on turbo boosters. He regularly says, quite seriously, “Everyone else on the road is jealous they don’t have a spinner.” 😂 I tell him he's right. He added it to his 2009 Ram 1500 in just a couple of minutes. The rubber insert didn’t fit—his steering wheel is thicker, and he would’ve preferred to use it for extra protection, but it still tightened down solid without it. Using the included Allen wrench, he moved it from top right to bottom right and had it secure and snug with zero wiggle - he was off spinning in no time. The knob itself has a fun tire-inspired design and feels solid in hand. It has a great grip, comfortable feel, and smooth rotation when turning—definitely earns “Smiles per mile.” He’s mostly used it for in-town driving and tight turns, where it makes steering feel effortless and fun. The grippy, tire-inspired design is comfortable in hand, and the rotation is smooth while turning—especially at lower speeds. It really shines during tight corners, parking, or in-town driving. At higher speeds, though—like sharp country curves at 35+ mph—he avoids using it. There’s a bit of vertical play if you pull up, which makes him cautious about the long-term durability and safety. So for high-speed turns, it’s hands-off. Installation was quick and easy, even though no instructions were included. (Thankfully, it’s straightforward.) ⭐ Pros: ✔️ Ease of Installation: Simple to install—no instructions, but didn’t need them ✔️ Grip: Tire-tread design provides excellent hold ✔️ Comfort: Fits naturally in the hand, fun to use ✔️ Ease of Use: Great for slow turns, parking lots, and town driving ✔️ Durability: Solid feel—no slipping or movement during use ✔️ Safety: Feels reliable at slow speeds; we avoid using it during fast turns just to be cautious ❌ Minor Cons: Rubber insert didn’t fit thicker steering wheel Slight vertical wiggle when pulling up No instructions included (but not really needed) Final thoughts: If you’re looking to make driving more fun, easier to steer, and spark envy in every other driver, this knob delivers. My husband now grins through parking lots like he’s driving a tractor in a parade. And honestly? I enjoy his happiness over this. ... show more

Rugged yet spins freely. Excellent grip design. Extra stainless screws with hex key. I did not need the additional rubber spacer, but thoughtful to include it for smaller steering wheel. Nothing to complain about!
