This is a great size, fits a lot of stuff and still tucks under the seat, rides easily on top of another bag- but it’s not as robust as I would like. After one month of hard use the handle is bent (still telescopes up and down, fortunately). It does roll well and the pockets are well designed but it really needs a better design for the strap handle. You can’t have the strap handle velcroed closed and open the main part of the bag; if you tilt it to roll with the handle hanging, the handle drags on the floor. It would work much better to have a fixed strap handle on the top, and could benefit from a shoulder strap. ... show more

I have too many personal carry ons that I’m ashamed to say in search of the perfect one. This is it in terms of function and design. My requirements. It : compact size for under seater without questionable looks from airline personal. I’ve found any bag that slightly protrudes is deemed a pathway exit hazard, trolley sleeve on back to attach to rolling carry on,I’m using as my personal item( check your airline dimensions) , Télescope handle that has 3 locking positions for height, tandem wheels, numerous interior compartments ( 1 water proof) exterior 2 side pockets ( umbrella,water bottle,etc), USB exterior for charger pack pocket inside for charging phone without unzipping. Zippers are smooth . I can’t carry weight on my back anymore so if Im forced to check my carry on I think I can get 3 - 4 days of emergency clothing in this by using packing cubes. I prefer to roll quickly rather than carry weight on my back , hands or arms if changing gates or at large Airports that require terminal changes or long distances. All of these maneuvers can make my carpal tunnel flare, and cause various calm orthopedic issues to flare. People say 2 wheels move faster than 4 on smaller pieces . Yes, but don’t overload this I’m attaching this to my Tumi Carry On and frankly didn’t want to spend $$$ on the Tumi equivalent underseater . The wheels are smooth but once they wear - you’re done or you will have to hand carry it . Comes in many solid colors . Hand straps which close by Velcro. No shoulder strap - this is meant to be wheeled. Time and use will tell how long the wheels last. I bought this Amazon Warehouse slightly used ( it was brand new just no original packing. ) I hope these pictures help others in seeing the many features this bag has since there were contradictory features on the ask a question page. Love the suitcase it will fit under your seat on a plane that was important to me. Rolls nicely has a bunch of room inside and outside of the suitcase. Weight is perfect , love to the color I picked out. I’d buy it again. Handle length is perfect for my 5’4 height.

I bought this to give my shoulders a break from the heavy bag I usually carry to work and back. It is roomy and the many pockets/compartments make it easy to carry all the pens, office supplies and personal items I like to have with me. My only issue would be the rounded opening as it is hard to fit binders through the opening. Otherwise, it has held up well and I have shared the link so many times because everyone likes the color and size. The plug for recharging items provides peace of mind. You do have to provide your own charger but there is a pocket and plug to hold it. ... show more
