My mother and I each have one of these bags, and took it to the UK for two weeks. We absolutely loved it! Only two suggestions that I would recommend. There is a strap that velcros down, so that you can slip the bag over the handle of another bag, and I would have placed this lower and doubled the width, for more stability. Also, the wheels aren’t spinners, but directional. Those two small changes would make this the best bag that I have owned. It holds plenty, I haven’t had a problem with pockets tearing, and the quality of the fabric is great! We were both surprised with how much it held. Fit nicely under the seats of all the planes that I was on during this trip. There were six planes and it went under every seat easily. I really recommend this bag! ... show more

Rolls smooth. Fits all my needs. But the wheels are very loud! Very, very loud! I find myself shopping for a replacement, but I’m going to try rubber tape on the wheels first. Looks great. The bag itself seems good quality. Holds its shape. Zippers seem good. I’ve only had it a few days. But I walk a mile to and from work each day. It seems like it will hold up well. The bad itself is light weight and easy to pull. UPDATE: I bought rubber wheel cover strips. They work great! My very loud bag now has minimal noise. I didn’t have super high hopes for this due to the price. I figured there was no way it could be as good as advertised in that price range. I was wrong. I had wanted a rolling bag with structure, as I needed a way to bring my DSLR camera bag on trips without packing it in checked luggage. This is well-made, very sturdy. It is exactly the right size, fitting under the seat in front of me even on a small Air Canada plane. It has good, thick material and the zippers work well. It looks professional, and I love that the entire front unzips for easy access. There are several pockets that help me organize, and the wheels are fine so far. I have had this carry-on since 2019, and it is still in great shape. On average I have been on 15 to 20+ flights per year. On the flights that I have taken on a reginal aircraft Embraer 175, and it fits in most of the overhead, not the overheads in the first class one seat section. The bag shows a bit of wear, but nothing has broken and the color is still good. The bag is still working well after about 7 years of service which shows durability in my opinion. I think I may but another bag, I hope it is constructed with the same quality as the one I purchased. ... show more

This is a great bag. It fit easily and perfectly in the overhead bin of the plane; was easy to get down without being too heavy . It fit a good amout ( 3 dresses, a bathing suit and coverup , nightgown, my makeup bag and an extra pair of shoes plus a few small gifts )of things and still had a little room. It wheeled around the airport nicely also. The only issues I had couldn’t get the little area where the charge port comes thru opened but not a deal breaker when everything else was great. ... show more

Things to like, things that were challenging. It fit easily under all seats of 6 planes, even with bars & boxes underneath. But not easy to get to during a flight given the size and angle. Would have to wait for seatmate to get up. I think there has to be a better way to do the straps and handle as they were always in the way of each other. The telescoping handle did not stay up, which was very frustrating. The bag itself seemed pretty well made. Lots of room & pockets. Did not try the charging port. ... show more
