For starters, I bought the 12 inch, 8 pack and used all of it. Everyone was spot on about how soft this hair is. It's very soft and lightweight. I received so many compliments. The lady who did my hair couldn't stop raving about how much she liked the hair. I did, however, have a few issues: The hair kept tangling. Maybe it was because of the jewelry??? Everytime I ran my hand through my hair, I had to detangle it and out came a strand or two. The hair started to frizz just two weeks after I had it put in. Also, two of the hair fell out within this two week period. I truly love how soft the hair is. I'll definitely try it again. I won't use the jewelry to see if that was the reason for the tangling and frizzing.

Stylist prefers this brand. It's light weight, she didn't apply it so heavily, that the hair felt weighty on my head. Nor was it scarce either. After a 3-4 days I did notice some slight stray strands on the hair, loosening at the loops and had to be retighten, but this was easy to tighten by me. The ends are coiled pretty tight already, no loosening seem after week of installation. Overall we are pleased. I actually follow an Amazon Influencer who installed it on her head, so I was also sort of familiar with this brand.

I wanted to be so excited about these Tiana Passion Twists, just like Mary K. Bella in the YouTube video (and pictured above), but NOPE, CAN'T DO IT!!! I purchased these twists to wear while on vacation in Jamaica. I want to have a FRESH LOOK, I don't want to be looking like I have old, previously worn-out hair. The ends of these Tiana Passion Twists are horrible!! The twists look like they've been in someone's head for MONTHS, some twists are frizzy, ends are frizzed and matted looking on MOST of them. Some of the loops are frizzy and malformed!! I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED and will be RETURNING! *UPDATE: The seller reached out to me, offering to rectify my unsatisfactory purchase. They were very attentive, replying back to my messages in timely manner. And resolved my issue with a replacement as they promised. The customer service was AWESOME!!
